I've discovered Rollbit in March 2024 while looking for a cryptocurrency site to place some bets. (I have never gambled with cryptocurrencies before)

Within three months I deposited over $100,000 on their platform and sadly lost it all. I recognized that I had lost control and made the decision to PERMANENTLY EXCLUDE MYSELF.

I had some pending rewards, totaling around $400. The support team assured me that after 30 days I would receive the payment.

After waiting 30 days, I contacted the support team again who told me that my reward had been CANCELED due to my activity on other Rollbit accounts.

This statement is completely false.

1) If I have PERMANENTLY EXCLUDED MYSELF it is because I no longer want to gamble and lose any more money.
2) They only informed me of this after the 30 days. 1 day ago, they assured me that everything was taken care of and that the payment would be sent shortly.
3) I don't even have the funds to play even if I wanted to.
4) They never provided any proof or evidence that i've other accounts and what those accounts are.

My advice is to avoid this website at all costs. Look for a better platform with more reliable support and that does not engage in scam practices.

Note: My only account that i've used during those 3 months was fully verified with MAX KYC LEVEL.

Just to be clear, did you apply for self-exclusion from Rollbit after losing all your money and only leaving $400 in that account?

I have seen that you once had a hard withdrawal issue with the same rollbit, which has now been marked as resolved.

Just checked through the Rollbit self exclusion rules and I saw this
Quote
Source Please note:-
This disables your Rollbit account entirely (including for Rollbot.com and non-gambling features)
- It is prohibited to create or access another Rollbit account while you're self-excluded. If you're found to do so, this can result in permanent bans for all your accounts.
- Rollbit will not be held liable for any losses or damages which occurred as a result of circumventing our self-exclusion program. Losses during this period will not be refunded.
- If you have a gambling problem, you should make this clear to Rollbit support so they can take the most appropriate action for blocking your access to Rollbit.

The part of the rules that I made bold is what I don’t understand: are they talking about any balance you hold in your account before applying for the self-exclusion or are they pointing at other losses that could be incurred as a result of the self-exclusion from Rollbit?

I think it will be nice to also invite @holydarkness to help you contact their representative to come and explain the reason you didn’t get your withdrawal.

They are saying i've used other accounts to play after i've autoexcluded myself so they won't pay me out. That's crazy.

This was my only account which was also full verified.

After losing 100k$ in 3 months they treat customer like that.

And obv they don't provide any other info (what other accounts i've used, what device id or any proof of what they claim)

Seems just an excuse to avoid paying the reward.

Since yesterday everything was fine support told me the payout will get sent shortly but today everything changed.

Update: i've spoke with razer which said "Keep in mind rewards are completely at our discretion."

So they refuse to pay 400$ payout to customer which lost over 100k$ in 3 months.

This site is a joke.

Hi, thank you for mentioning me, I'll reach Razer once I get a better understanding of this case.

For above reason, OP, I recall that you previously had a case with Rollbit [deleting your posts won't help, this forum actively and automatically archived every posts] where your balance "mysteriously" disappeared in CrazyTime? And now you're a gambling addict?

I'll notify Razer here to give their side if that's needed, but how sure are we that the previous case was not a case of your addiction? That you gambled those fund yourself, and upon big loses you made up a story to get your fund back?

Sorry for your loss, gambling addiction is a serious matter and losing 100k in 3 months is harsh. But yet, you chose to gamble with this money, there is nobody to blame for that.
Self exclusion was a good idea, even when it now brought you some kind of trouble, even if it's "just" because of missing out on 400$ in rakeback or lossback or whatever it is.

What's not cool is that support first says you will get this "bonus" and then makes a total 180. This is kinda rude and basically kicking the guy that is is already down, literally.
Sure perks are up to their discretion but if you promise something you should at least honor it as well. Multiple account accusations are nothing new, even if you had another account, fact stands you lost a lot of money to them so some kind of bonus is definitely in place, every casino does that.

By the way, you said you permanently excluded yourself but after 30 days you can get the reward, doesn't make any sense because you basically closed your account, not temporarily excluded.

@ holydarkness: nice find. Always funny when somebody deletes stuff and thinks it can't be found.

Razer it's useless already spoke with him. But he not able to provide what other accounts im suspected of using or any proof of that. He just use excuses.

He can say whatever he want no one can actually verify that.

About the other post. You think i care about 2k when i gamble big amount? My account was hacked as i've proved with many screenshot.

This is total different case anyway.

In short:

I've autoexcluded my self and support team told me after 30days i will receive my pending rewards (400$).
Yesterday i wrote to support and they told me "Everything it's fine in few days you will receive not worry"

Today i contacted support and they told me: "Your reward has been voided, you violated terms by using multiple accounts" when i never did that and my only account was fully kyc verified.

They will never tell what other account is it because not exist is just an excuse to not paying the reward and they tell me that after 30 days not before. Made me waste time for nothing

Note: This was not only 1 support agent saying that. I've contacted them many times and all different agent said everything was good and i will get it soon.

If you don't care about $2000, why then do you raise a thread concerning it? To me, no matter how much you gamble or how much you are willing to spend on a particular thing, once you feel cheated or lose money, you can't account for it. There is always a concern about that.

And why do you mark the said thread as solved and delete all the information you provided earlier? As I already pointed out in my first comment that you had a case with the same casino that was already solved, if the case was handled in a way that did not please you, marking it as solved proves otherwise.

Im not here because the 100k$ lost.

Im here because i got promised when i closed my account to get after 30 days all pending reward which was 400$.

Every week i've contacted support and they said everything it's fine X days left for the payout.

Yesterday they said payout was close to get paid and today they just say i have multiple accounts without providing any proof and my reward got voided.

This is not the right way to treat a customer. 400$ are nothing comprared to 100k. It's just furstating getting treated like that and made me wait 30 days for nothing.

I've closed the other case because razer spooke with me and solved it.

When i say "i don't care about 2k$" i mean that if it was me who placed the bets. I don't know if you followed old thread but my account got hacked and 2k$ balance stolen that's why i've opened the thread because was frustating losing money for something like that.

To address in general, that previous case become relevant as it certainly is raising some curiosity for someone who got hacked and still plays on the same casino. It become frown inducing when that same person is a gambling addict and lost a lot. I believe it's fair to question the authenticity of the narrative, whether the previous case were a mere attempt to regain loses through fabricated story or if it's really happened.

And the frown got deeper when all of the post on that thread were deleted.

Certainly you can agree that people begin to wonder about the motive behind those deletion?

IIRC, the rule of 30 days "grace period" before all of the active and remaining bonuses to be liquid is a common practice shared by many casino for self-exclusion rule. I'm a bit fuzzy about this, in sense that I can't be sure whether the past case was also with Rollbit [thus, it's only Rollbit] or other casino [thus, many other casinos as well] but there were one or two cases in the past with similar sub-case, where the player will need to wait for 30 days before their remaining bonuses got transferred into their wallet.
