What is best is very subjective so what is best for me may not be for you.
And currently, still the main choice for many traders is Binance or you can check here for Spot https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/
and for DEX and Derivates just need to search from the dropdown button.
Usually, traders will judge the best in terms of trading volume as well as the number of types of trading on the exchange, but I prefer a local exchange which has been operating for a long time and so far I haven't experienced any problems, everything is still going well and in my opinion, it is the best, and it's definitely not the best for you unless we are in the same country and also have the same assessment.

I agree with your suggestions, but I think it's not good to mention bot trading or copy trading to a beginner. I know it may be helpful, and they can right away do those things, but they may rely on that too much, which is not a good thing because a beginner  will abandon knowledge and improve their trading skills. Thats why, as much as possible, I dont want beginners in trading to be introduced to bot or AI trading first; they should at least focus on gathering and learning so that in the long run they can hone it and will actually profit from it because they choose to improve themselves. 
 
Well, the beginner-friendly exchange you can trade in is Binance. It has a lot of useful features, not just trading, so I recommend it for beginners as it's easy to use and proven to be secure and trusted, but of course consider if it's available in your country because I know Binance has been banned in different countries.

I do acknowledge your concern and I've never supported copy trading whether it's for the newbies or experienced ones, because in my view that is not how you should trade, trading is the game of skills.

You can check their reviews as well to have an idea of how they are performing but if I were you, I'd choose the top exchanges that have a huge trade volume as this has a significant impact when trading.

If you are looking for NONE-KYC, you'd better not expect that because the majority of them are now asking for it, if not during the registration, it can be possible during withdrawal.

I do not know what they base their rankings and "trust" on at all, but that is definitely by far the worst list I have seen. If anyone wants to see the real list, just put it on 24 volume normalized or just 24 hour volume, you will see that Binance is multiple times better than anyone else, hell even the monthly visit is far greater than the closest one.

I am not here to just defend Binance, I do understand people who could pick other websites, and I am fine with that, you do not have to use the website, we can't all use just one exchange, of course there will be others. I am just against unfair actions, and putting the exchange that has more than double the amount than the closest rival should not be ranked 10th or 11th.

Recently difficult getting any exchange market non KYC because its regulation from each government require for all exchange market must KYC for all their member if want get regulation with their exchange website.
Non KYC only allowed with DEX exchange market but there are not ability for limit trading and we must trade with instant feature. I don't think any trader interested with DEX exchange although most of them take benefit with some coins firstly listing on DEX exchange market.

Actually I don't care with some exchange require need to submit document ID and verifying our account before ability trade in the exchange market, its not problem for me during the exchange market have much volume transaction and exchange has their own rule with some coins listing need reach minimum limitation amount of transaction volume in daily day before delisting on their exchange market. 
Binance is most recommended exchange in my opinion because all coins listed there has much volume transaction trading if won't get delisting on Binance after happening with top and experienced altcoin WAVES.

Nowadays, the dex are like the place to find the lottery altcoins or memecoin that might get a tremendous gain in a short period of time. But, if you want to trade and do it daily, many are into the centralized exchanged and the volume there shows how huge they are. These are for the top exchanges although there are decentralized exchanges too that are for the same purpose but can you bear the fees?

This doesn't surprise me. Binance has long been considered a leader in the cryptocurrency market and is constantly at the top among platforms. They constantly offer a high level of security for traders and improve the range of services for their clients. Crypto trading platforms are subjective, there are somethings you see in one that you may not see in another one but then again, it depend on the type of exchange you want to trade. Decentralized exchanges are one of the best place you can trade without revealing your identity but bear in mind that they don't operate by book order like the way spot trading are done but it work base on liquidity pool and the higher the pool the better experience you will get in trading.

Centralized exchanges offer futures and spot trading and other types of derivative trading your can do and they usually have the largest liquidity because the centralized exchanges tend to attract more customers and this gives them high liquidity than the decentralized exchanges but that's what most traders use, like the Binance and Bybit but Bybit future trading is faster in user in face than Binance.

So what you are looking for will tell you where you want and how you want it because all exchanges can't be the same.

Haha, buddy that's not the right question, you should ask for while hunting these gems if your funds are at most 99% because such meme-coins or the gems are not very decentralized and well-distributed. There is always a chance of rug pull and if it happens haha you can imagine the consequences better than me. So I won't recommend OP to go for such a trading strategy firstly it's expensive secondly it's super super risky. 

If you really want to explore something new, better go for the per-market coins these projects are mostly well-established in the crypto space by their marketing and collaborations. it can be considered as somehow more valuable.

In fact, today, after reading this, I opened the website, and found that the list was still the same as that. I thought it was just a mistake at that time or a website error. apparently not. CoinGecko indeed lists Binance as being in the Top 11 only. It's not even in the top 10. Actually, what are the criteria for this website? And look at the scores. Even others, new exchanges and several other exchanges get a score of 10/10, so effective that there are no gaps or minuses whatsoever, right? As perfect as it gets 10/10. Meanwhile, Binance only gets a trust score of 9/10. I really thought hard, what criteria and indicators does the website use to determine the trust score and also the order of top exchanges?

So when picking a crypto trading platform, here are few factors i think you should put to consideration. The security of the platform, The security of such platform, their policies of which you can literally find in their term and conditions, you should also check for their payment speed if its one that's okay by you and also their licensed if its such that is allowed within your region or country, so if they fault in any way you can be able to take legal actions against them. very importantly make sure not to store your assets with them, if possible when you finish trading, send your assets to a safer wallet to avoid been hacked. you can still DYOR and try out what fits your need but know that there's non which will have it all but will have o very good percentage of that which you require of them so literally there's no very bad crypto trading platform but poor once and there are those who are the top too you can pick from them.
