Memecoins Projects Merging with GameFi: A New Innovation?

I have recently begun to notice gaming tokens blending with the flav of Memecoins. I observed the trend for the first time and another time and together, I came across another project WUFFI (WUF) with a multi-chain strategy deployinh across multiple blockchains, including Solana, BASE, WAX, and TON Not sure if anyone else has noticed.

And I am wondering if this blend is a way of Memecoins trying to get utility for their project through its integration into a growing ecosystem of games. If that's what it is, what do you all think about it.

Should we begin to take Memecoins seriously now? After all, they've got utilities or what are your thoughts?

The only thing bad about memecoins is that they lack utility, but gaming wise Wuffl has tons of potential. Multi chain meme and gaming token. I personally been keeping tabs on it via Bitget’s candybomb. If we talk about meme coins and new ecosystems I think it's nothing new. Some previous projects have also carried the concept of games or metaverses. Projects like TON or Hamster also basically have a game concept even though it is play to earn. Multi-chain networks, meme coins and game ecosystems will be new utilities for meme coins. But I still can't take it seriously. Memes are still memes. They are made for fun.
