If the investigation had been closed by Donald Trump when he was president, Joe Biden would have continued the investigation. I doubt if they have enough evidence to prove that Trump received money from Israel because it would have been a good case to add to his criminal records.

He has claimed that the war in Ukraine wouldn't have happened if he was POTUS. I don't know what Trump would have done differently to stop the war in Ukraine. In exchange, Trump invited the president of Egypt to the white house and reversed all the sanctions that had put in place when Egypts military overthrew the previous president and committed a bunch of human rights violations.
