Help! My deposit on Freebitco.in is stuck

I made a deposit on freebitco.in on 27 Aug, normally it will appear on my account within 15 mins, but after a few hours still shown pending deposit. I checked the transaction, use blockchain.com, the bitcoin network confirmation is more than 10. Freebitco.in did not credit my deposits. Can freebitco.in team tell me why?

Check out the official FreeBitco announcement thread [here]; many others have faced the same issues regarding deposits and other problems related to the platform's system in recent months. Additionally, their slow customer support team is unlikely to assist you quickly. These issues undoubtedly put their customers in constant worry and concern, which does not bode well, affecting the community's trust in them.

I suggest you to avoid depositing any crypto to Freebitco.in as their service isn't the old one and many users complained about them. I'm not sure if they're trying to scam exit or what but their slow transactions and almost no customer support makes them suspicious. I hope you'll get your current deposit credited into your account but in future avoid that casino and go with a reliable casino.

I know freebitcoin support can be slow sometimes, but have you contacted them about the pending deposit yet? They are usually the best ones to troubleshoot these issues.

In the meantime, you could try reaching out to CSFBC. He is supposedly their new rep here, but I havent seen much from him lately.

I am not surprised as they have been having some issues in the past few months. I am not sure if you were aware of their issues before making the deposit, but I suggest you should use the platform with caution to avoid any potential future disappointments.

Anyway, think your account could get credited as long as you engage with their support.
