They have leverage over us by having access to information that we don't but we can reduce their leverage by copying exactly what they're doing. Study the rich and you too will be rich like them and you'll be eligible to have access to the same information that they use to have. Don't waste money on things that won't give you money money and you'll be rich. Buy assets, invest in bonds and stock. When there is a public listing of share be among people that are first in line to buy them. Invest in technology and agriculture and you won't lose money.
It is said that they have advantage and there is no way to copy them in real time. Maybe you can only analyse their moves once it is over. IDK if that can contribute to you because for sure their moves are going to be different again next time. I think rich do also use methods which can also be access by the poor.
These are the things that we can only have in common to them. There are things that requires spending but they don't give us money. What they can give to us rather, is fun and others that that can still contribute to us. So, they can still be considered as an essential in life and not a waste of money. Technology seem to be leading but no doubt that agriculture is also important, so yeah why not? These are only two and there are still other sectors that we can consider as well.
Don't be greedy too as you should know your limit and when the market is selling don't be the one that's left holding, sell too and take profits because most selloff means the attention is shifting to something different and you should be on the lookout for the next big technology and invest too. Two year is too small to be wealthy, our investment should be targeted at a minimum 5-10 years.
If he shouldn't be greedy, then he shouldn't follow the others, but that was true and stated as one of the rules of investing. It says that we must be fearful when others are greedy and we must be greedy when others are fearful. A sell-off doesn't always mean that people are shifting. 2 years is not small actually but maybe the more the merrier?
