Attention friends. I want to introduce a scam site and inform everyone who reads this
This site is a another clear scam and with a little attention it is easy to understand this, but I consider it my duty to report every scam so that I can prevent fraud even for one person.
The website describes itself as a real estate developer and property management company in the United States. In its “About Us” section, it claims to have 105 years of experience

and offers services such as real estate investing, business analysis, profit planning, asset management, and cryptocurrency. Stats such as “Last month’s payout: $4 million” and “Registered users: 7,000” are also listed.

Without any provided technical information or project documentation or transparent reports the company states its involvement in solar wind and recycling operations.
The statement indicates the company functions as a subsidiary of General Asset Management while situated in Australia yet fails to furnish documentation about the company structure or its affiliation with the parent organization.
A
Medium article (Greenpt.org Scam: Exposing the Fraud and the Battle for Refunds) claims that Greenpt falsely claims to be regulated under UK law and has been warned by the FCA (the UK Financial Conduct Authority). However, I did not find any mention of Greenpt when checking the
FCA Warning List.
The website fails to display necessary contact details and legal information because it lacks valid company registration data and physical address and contact numbers. A genuine platform requires both privacy policies and terms of service but this website lacks these essential elements. A search on Google Maps failed to show any presence of the company at its listed address. Users cannot reach the website through social media platforms because the site icons located at the top guide visitors back to the homepage.
High-yield daily investment returns of 10% exist for the regular plan together with 30% returns for other plans. The profit percentage offered during a single month extends between 300% and 900% without any realistic basis. Such levels of profit are completely unreasonable and unachievable during a month. High-yield promises indicate fraudulent activity since such numbers cannot exist. The scam typically utilizes reference commissions at the range of 5-8% as an established form of fraud.
Users need to check whether the site obtained valid official permits from relevant authorities such as the Stock Exchange and Environment Agency yet there is no confirmation about these official permits.

There is a section for receiving financial donations or investments, but the exact mechanism of participation, risks, or official permits are not mentioned.
I have checked the site with fraud review sites and they gave a very low score for trustworthiness of this site, which indicates that this site is not trustworthy.

WHOIS of the site, I noticed that the site is very young, only 3 months old, which contradicts the company's claim of over 100 years of experience.
Also, important information such as the owner's name, company name, address, email, etc. is also hidden by the hiding service, which is the transparency that reputable companies do to eliminate misunderstandings and scam claims. The host's IP address (67.217.57.170) is shared with more than 2000 other sites and is managed by the not-so-reputable company "Host Department NJ LLC".
