This response from the casino representative for me, seems to be leaning mostly on their third party provider and their risk management processes. They are saying they believe there was suspicious betting activity across multiple sites with similar bets being placed by new accounts on the same game so according to their policy that’s enough for them to void the bets.
However, it’s easy to see why you still feel unfairly treated here, especially if you truly are not involved in any of those suspected bets. It’s unfortunate that they decided to stand by their provider’s assessment, but you do have a few points you could show here to prove they are wrong by a clear proofs, If you have any additional evidence showing that you played under their rules.
Also, still can't understand why your case wasn't accepted on casino Guru?
Yeah, I been their customer for over a month playing daily on their site, I done a legit bet and it was cancelled thats why I feel bad. And them acusing me that I opened more accounts is lame. You know if I was involved at some fraudent betting, I wouldn't be here crying for few hunderd $ ?

Regardless that they didn't resolve it, I think its time for me to close the page of this book and stop wasting my and your time guys. Its more than clear they are not willing to resolve it so there is no need to waste more energy. I already left their site and few friends of mine left so its their only loss here, they lost loyal players from whom they were gonna make way more than what they refuse to pay me out.
Casino Guru gives Razed bad rating especially for their teams of service and counts them as unfair towards players.
Quick research there shown me Razed are having 2 more Casino Brands with not good reputation. So once again to DailyGambling on Youtube and all the fake streamers who promote these scam websites
