Segwit spending transactions, Segwit spending payments, and payments and blocksize charts can elaborate Segwit adoption and unused Bitcoin block capacity.
So unused Bitcoin block capacity is the reason average is still around 1.7MB despite Segwit increase adoption to legacy.

I don't really get this part
When I checked before I saw a site https://ycharts.com/indicators/bitcoin_average_block_size that stated 1.706Mb and felt it was a mistake
Since I'm aware of the 1Mb limit.
Is Segwit considered among the average?
SegWit is not something separate to not be considered. It is part of the protocol and witnesses are part of transactions so they are part of the blocks and are contributing to the size.

Okay I think I understand what you meant by Segwit not been separate from the traditional Blocksize.
Size is measured in weight and Segwit is 'lighter' than Legacy
So 4MB of Segwit is 1MB of legacy. Traditional limit wasn't changed
Segwit just made it possible to have 4MB in place of the 1MB because of it's 'lightness'

We've had some pretty nice answers to the quiz lately. However I will be updating the thread soon enough with the answers to all the quiz questions. I'll likely be doing that very close to the end of this week in preparation for next week's quiz edition. Do well to test yourself if you haven't and avoid copying external resources if you can't answer a question simply indicate by putting skip.

Feel free to suggest improvements for the contest in later editions as Time goes on to make the whole experience more interesting Thumbs up to those who have attempted so far and double thumbs up for those that have made suggestions in addition too for further improvement.
