A lot of them look very fishy and sketchy but some are interesting. I too would like people's opinions on the more reliable ones.

What I don't understand is when you buy shares, how is guaranteed that you actually own part of the company/site and not just imaginary shares?

Ohh ive heard about those but they are risky as they are often scams..

collapse of the price every time btc goes up. check
offering dividends to pump the price etc. check
no liquidity. check

caveat emptor.

you made pretty good money on that stock. I am not sure how valid that stocks looks and the dividend payout looks pretty bad. I decided to give cryptostocks a try recently and so far seems decent as long as you do some research.
