That's because exodus does not tell you nor let you pick which exchange provider to use before you proceed to the trade. Additionally, last I checked, most of their exchanges on board are lesser knowns or obscure hence, I would never touch it esp when there are far better choices out there.
They clearly state on their website that they do not require kyc but force me to do so and still do not return me these funds. I saw a previous post here from last year that it was returned but it is not in my case ! People need to stop using these scam platforms as even exodus does not seem to care !!!
Unfortunately, the no kyc required could easily mean no mandatory kyc too, which should not be confused with no-kyc -- provided we are talking about the exchange aggregator service. But given how the whole thing is setup, i do not blame you.
Lastly, am I correct to assume you have posted in exodus subreddit already?
