I can't find anything on the results of this...

Can anyone share a link or a response from customer service about whether this was successful or terminated?

I also couldn't find a concrete answer to your question [I think your best bet would be to create a topic on their "forum" instead], but considering the lack of a Lightning app on the "Clover App Market" and the fact that Jack didn't overhype it after the 90-day pilot period ended, it's safe to say that it wasn't successful [unfortunately].
