Been a while since I last logged in here.

Unfortunately almost 6 months have passed without any updates, like I stated in previous posts (3-4 months ago) I have given up on this case already but from time to time I just message them to see if there's any update, like yesterday.

This was their response:

if anyone is still interested in this case I'll post maybe monthly updates, incase no one is interested anymore I'll let this thread die out.

I was in touch with Razer a couple days ago, discussing other matter, but I completely forgot to ask about your situation while I catch him online, due to the nature of my PM with him [and casinos reps] that focused each and every PM to one specific subject.

Let me try again.

At the current rate it seems your month update (for February) is still at least 10-12 days away but it is safe to assume your situation with Rollbit has not changed. How much longer do you intend to utilise this forum to update members on your situation when your time and efforts could be better focused on using an external arbitration service?

I don't think the external arbitration service can bear more fruit for this matter. As explained on this thread [I think Razer also explained to me briefly in PM, which I relayed here], all hands are tied because it's a case of third-party investigation request. Even if we add CG to the equation, best response I can think of off the top of my head is that the arbitrator explained that such investigation can take months, thus they will pause the complaint until there is any further development.

That said, and though writing to Razer is a bit useless now [as proven by several PM that arrived to a blind eye], let me try to take a different approach, to ask for his personal contact [much like other casinos already gave me now] so we can talk seamlessly instead of writing about a case to him. And then we can [hopefully] talk about this and several other cases.

I understand about the third party investigation but I alluded to AskGamblers or CasinoGuru because if he felt strongly/genuinely about getting scammed and wanted to do something about it, he would have to move his complaint outside the forum and involve people or institutions that would take an interest in his case. If he has to wait until that investigation is complete it should not deter him from compiling his case and get it ready to submit to an arbiter.

You seem to have a good rapport with contacts at various casino/gaming websites therefore it must be a bit disappointing when you do not receive a reply. Having said that, everything points to him having no choice but to wait until the conclusion of the investigation.

I don't think the external arbitration service can bear more fruit for this matter. As explained on this thread [I think Razer also explained to me briefly in PM, which I relayed here], all hands are tied because it's a case of third-party investigation request. If something similar had happened to me, I would never have been able to cope with the situation in the manner you have. For any issue that has been ongoing without a resolution for a whole year, a lot of patience is imperative. I hope your issue is concluded as soon as possible.

What I fail to understand is why almost all of the casino/gaming websites that run signature campaigns here are willing to spend thousands of USD$ every month yet they cannot be bothered to directly address reputational matters and scam accusations that are made against them. It seems as though they are happy to use the forum to promote their business yet they hold all allegations (made against them) in contempt to the point they do not even want to address them.

I accept there could be numerous reasons for them not wanting to divulge private information (and data) in a public forum but they can at the very least engage with their customers when they have scam accusations.

Rollbit is a massive scam. They did the exact same thing to me and I've never had an account there.

They literally just don't pay winners and give you some b/s response about AML or KYC. I passed KYC level 2 as well and they gave me no reason for holding $30k which is now 60k due to the price of eth.

Did you find anything that helped you? I am not letting this go. We should all team up together and do something.
