I'm less concerned with your current rank in the forum. For the fact that you are just a newbie who is trying to present your marketing service still does not make it impossible for you to be considered if only you have the right official tools for the service being rendered.

Bounties do more of social media advertisement than signature campaigns here that requires a defined membership. If you have the right audience on any platform like facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, reddit or telegram that can be helpful to any project then you can apply but at this point with your current 38 followers it is highly impossible for you to get hired.

We should but you can't hold what people are thinking and wanting to do into others. If they've got some bad plans to what they're about to do, you either avoid them or be one of their victims. That's what we have to do and about transparency, you can't expect that to everyone but even so, when we're in a market and community that solely relies on cryptocurrencies that are backed by blockchain for which you'd see transparency and it cannot be modified.

Bounties are in the past. There's still bounties that pays but it isn't easy to find one so you shouldn't focus on bounties but rather find another method of earning. As you can see some projects are looking for someone or something that they can use to advertise their project with a payment of course as it won't be a fair trade if a platform only advertise and no payment unless they are doing it for free as to support the project. I have seen different websites that advertise a casino which you can already guess that they are getting paid to do it.

I think you still need to work hard on building your social media handles before you can think getting a better project to promote through bounty section of Bitcoin talk forum because they also have certain criteria's which differed according to any manager tending to manage any project through bounty campaign.

I think 1k followers for X is the minimum they want, so your 38 followers cannot be enough for you to get accepted in any ongoing Bounty campaigns in the forum.

If you have good gadgets, you can focus on airdrop instead; or be patient to build your account in the forum through gaining information and providing possible solutions to some problems, and you will earn merits to rank up and apply for signature campaigns.

I haven’t participated in bounties before but I have read about before and I don’t think there is rank restrictions so even newbies are allowed to participate but I think the main thing is the number of followers on your social media accounts they are used to evaluate how much you will be paid. There are minimum followers requirement and I don’t think with 38 followers you will be able to participate. To participate you should locate the bounty board and see if there are any ongoing bounty and check their followers requirement.

It has been a while now that I do read that bounties are not worth it anymore and they are more of a waste of time because most bounties end up not paying and scamming participants. Whoever introduce bounties to you should have explained to you better about it and its reliability.

I would give you a piece of advice, I would advise you to rather focus on something else than to rely of bounties.
