I couldn't transfer my RSIC

Could anyone help me solving this problem ?

I have some RSIC on my balance, but I can't transfer it to another wallet. I want to transfer it to my Okx cex wallet.

When I tried, it said that Insufficient btc utxo. Maybe the problem is the gas fee to cover it, and I have about $0.8 in btc, but I worry if it is not about the gas fee in btc, if i try to fill the btc for the gas fee, i worry if it is not the way out of the problem. So, anyone has ever on this situation before ? and how is the solving ?

It's most likely due to the fees. So adding more BTC should fix it, but if you're afraid it won't, you should probably reach out to the wallet developer and ask what the error is all about? I couldn't tell which wallet this is. It looks a bit like Unstoppable wallet, but I don't believe it supports RUNES so it must be another wallet

OP, you should follow OmegaStarScream instructions as that would help you. Have you tried updating your wallet app because sometimes things of this nature likely occurs when such wallet is outdated as I have had this experience before while thinking it was a network issues till I updated to the new wallet version that was when I was able to use the wallet without having such experience.

Sometimes, there are some updates that must have taken place which would require a user to immediately do so that they could not experience any issues with the app. Maybe that is what you are experiencing. You could just update the app and see or uninstall and reinstall but make sure you copy or save your key phrase before you do such so that you do not lose your assets.

Why not tell us first what wallet you are currently using? Is there any option to adjust the fees? The error seems like "not enough fees."

If you know how to use Ethereum tokens, these ordinals should be similar to Ethereum tokens and NFTs that require ethereum as gas fees.
So, like others said above, you might need to deposit a BTC into that BTC address.

If there's an option to manually set the transaction fee, try to calculate your transaction cost using this one below to check if the remaining BTC in your wallet is enough or not.

I checked the Unstoppable wallet but it's not the same sending page, it must be different wallet. @OP you better just refill a little for tx fee snd try it one more time since it's the main reason for that error.

Even Unstoppable wallet yellow parts are uniform and not light from the left to deep yellow on the right as it is in the image on the OP. Also I am sure that Unstoppable is not supporting anything like Runes or BRC20 or Ordinals or whatever others are called. Also it can be clearly known that OP needs more bitcoin to make that transaction. Bitcoin transaction fee right now is lower but I think the tokens requires higher transaction fee.

The issue is definitely from the gas fee because already you said you ues $0.8 as gas fee to transfer the asset but is saying insufficient I think you should try and add more dollar and try it again if it will work because anything Bitcoin transaction the fees is always higher, though sometimes it can be lower because it fluctuates alot, however the place you are withdrawing from should have all the information you needed about how much dollar is due for any transaction to be carried out but if there is nothing you can contact there support to be sure in other for you not to be sending and resending again because of repeated insufficient, or perhaps your account palace may not have been up to the amount allowed for minimum transaction, however I want to understand why you are using Bitcoin wallet to receive your RSIC?, was is not supposed to be received from a wallet that's of the same network with it?.

The error message is self-explanatory. UTXO stands for Unspent Transaction Output and the sum of these UTXOs is basically your wallet balance (in btc) available to spend and cover transaction fees.
So, the error message means "you don’t have enough balance".

According to mempool.space, you need to pay ~$0.4 in fees for a standard transaction but since this is an Ordinal transaction, its size is going to be much bigger which means higher fees.

You need to replenish your bitcoin wallet so that it is sufficient to pay the commission for the withdrawal of RSIC from the wallet.

You are right. The gas fee is another thing to be looked at as it is low. Ordinals transaction size is much bigger as you have said and it means a bigger fee size for it which should require OP to add more coin for transaction fees otherwise he would get stucked up.

As it was said - just get a bigger balance to cover up the fees. They would be much higher on the transaction you are intending to do.
