Looking for a good developer living here in Nigeria

I am in search of a good developer, good in web and blockchain development, must have the ability to develop games in the form of mini apps on telegram, and most importantly must live here in Nigeria.

I think this is one thing we are lacking in this our board because our people do not put eyes much on tech, but I believe as time goes we will have them coming up gradually. The person I had doesn't based in Nigeria rather he resides in Russia.

I don't know how comfortable you would be with him, and again he always occupied with studies.
So it is no no area for him. But less watch and see we may have more people commented here within 24-48hrs runs.

Thanks very much for you interest bud, I really appreciate it, and you are very right, Nigeria in general lack good tech guys, we love to get involved in tech stuffs but dont have interest in studying and becoming developers in it.

But I am guessing all of this is becoming a thing of the past, Nigerians are now stepping up bit by bit, and though we don't have alot of tech savvy guys here in our local board, we now have alot of them out there.

And concerning your Nigerian friend who lives in Russia, sorry but I have no intention of working with any one that lives outside Nigeria, atleast, not at the moment. And I am also happy to let you know that some one from this our local board already reached out to me and we are currently in discussion, I will update this thread if we both reach a positive conclusion.

You are right about that because of all the areas we are good at I think tech is the only thing our people has not taking much serious about, though I understand why is like that because is unlike other skills you will learn and Start working but tech is not much that way because you will have to meet friends who are into similar skills to introduce you to people who are looking for individuals with tech knowledge but however the world is no longer as before, so tech has a very high demand on every society now, though I believe that we should have least one or two persons here but if there isn't any, hopefully with time so many of us will acquire those skills incase this kind of opportunity comes in the future. However distance is not problem when it comes to tech, so perhaps you should reach your friend in Russia if he could do the work for him who knows he could even be looking for such work because international students always enjoys the work they can do from home after class.

From the specific op didn't want a tech guy out country and he said must based in the country otherwise he wouldn't hired, it was here I had to stop. Though I believe we may have more people here as this is an open place, but op why not also look for tech outside our local board maybe if you are that in haste to start up your project than waiting for someone from this board.
I know with time we would have more of the tech guys growing up gradually here in the forum.
