I am not aware of any for US citizens, but I did come across some non-KYC debit card providers who offer crypto debit cards without KYC for US residents. Check this thread below for the big list. - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5473572.0For private use try contacting this man below - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2782983

I highly doubt there's anything of the sort. Maybe back in the "earlier" days of bitcoin you might have been able to find something like this , but not today. I remember just a few years back looking for a bitcoin ATM that didn't require any KYC and there was nothing to be found of the sort. Now I wouldn't be shocked if there was some sort of lack of KYC regarding bitcoin purchases but only when you are buying/selling versus just hodling.

There may be a prepaid debit card that can be loaded with BTC, but there's no way you're going to find a KYC-free refillable card in the U.S., or that will be around for very long, anyway. Nobody is gonna let you take money out of an ATM without your ID being on file somewhere.

I'd say you're out of luck m8, there are too many requirements to have KYC and AML in American businesses and so ultimately its going to be best to find places in other areas that don't go this far into regulation.

I remember few crypto exchanges that offers crypto debit cards, like Bybit for example, but they are all centralized exchanges, meaning that they are all registered and monitored by the law.
The combination of Non KYC and Debit cards in American is a failure automatically, you should know that there will never be any room for such thing to exist, we can only wish for it but it will never happen.
Let's say a decentralised platform release their own debit card or similar for crypto users, to make this work the platform has to be registered, meaning they will have to sacrifice their decentralised for centralized, it is what it is.

Virtual crypto cards without KYC are something that can be useful for those who want to convert crypto to fiat from time to time without selling it through CEX/DEX. If, along with online payment, the card supports adding to mobile wallets, then the payment possibilities are practically unlimited. Of course, such a service comes at a price, so those who complain about 1% or 2% fees will certainly not be thrilled when they see that they have to pay a 5%+ fee every time they make a new card, and on top of that, some cards also have a fee for each transaction.
We do not provide any services to USA citizens and US persons. You should have read what it says in the terms of service - and besides, one such card costs about $1000 a year.

Not that I know. There was one service that worked with physical cards and they were based in US, but they stopped working a while ago. You can however still use virtual non-kyc cards almost anywhere, maybe something like bit.store, stealths, trocador or other cards found on BitList.co website: https://bitlist.co/debit-cards

There are NO refillable / re-loadable ones without KYC. But there are several places that you can get prepaid cards with nothing more then an email address. As an example: https://www.bitrefill.com/us/en/gift-cards/virtual-prepaid-visa-usa/There are more if you look around a bit. -Dave

That is by far the dumbest thing I have heard in a while. OP did not state why he wanted no KYC. It could be that so many places that require KYC have been breached that they just don't want to put their info out there again to be hacked. Perhaps they are private and don't want people knowing what they are spending things on. It could be like me where I need to buy things on credit card for customers and really don't want them knowing where I live / having access to any payment info that goes back to me. It could be they want to give anonymous gifts. And so on. Since you have no issues with giving out you info to whomever may be on he other side of the screen on the internet can you post a selfie with a copy of your passport. Trust us here, I'm sure it's secure. -Dave

Pretty much all Non-KYC cards can be used in USA unless they are region-locked to a specific country.
But they are almost all VCCs. Virtual cards that can't even be linked to Google Pay or Apple Pay. So that's going to be a big problem if you have to make physical payments at a store, since every single physical card that you order yourself requires KYC.
There are those prepaid walmart-type cards which you can pick up from stores, but they don't work at most places.

Not 100% correct. With the mastercard that bitrefill sells (out of stock at the moment) https://www.bitrefill.com/us/en/gift-cards/prepaid-mastercard-usa/You can use their app, scroll down to the wallet FAQ section https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/faq and use tap to pay with your phone and their card and their app. So yes, you can use it in stores that accept tap to pay. Just not Apple / Android / Samsung pay. I have used it and can confirm it does work. What is kind of odd, with the cards is the places that some work and others do not. As an example the MasterCard that bitrefill and others sell will not work with my cable provider. But the Visa that they sell does work. It's the opposite with my HOA payments, the MC does work the Visa gets rejected. Bit of a game of test it out and see, which can be annoying at times. -Dave

Dealing with crypto virtual cards can be a mess sometimes, and they change things all the time. I saw Bitrefill is also offering physical Prepaid Visa cards, but it's only available for US residents and it can be loaded with up to $1,000. It's not clear to me if there is any KYC for purchasing this card or not, but if no-kyc than this would be the only available card like that. https://www.bitrefill.com/us/en/gift-cards/physical-prepaid-visa-usa/

But, there is no "real" verification. There are enough places that sell SIM cards with a year of service for under $4 a month and email addresses are simple enough to get. But, it's a $500 limit so if you want to remain anonymous for larger amounts you would have to buy a lot and they do have a limit. Would probably be easier to use a service like localcoinswap and get cash and pick up the cards at a local store that sells them. -Dave

Place to ship what exactly? This is VIRTUAL crypto cards, there is nothing to be shipped to any ''place''. It's trivial to get temp email, and most services I used didn't ask for any phone number, but temp phone numbers could probably be used for that also. Would probably be easier to use a service like localcoinswap and get cash and pick up the cards at a local store that sells them.
You are again mixing physical with virtual cards, that are two totally different things.

Yeah, sorry for confusion, it was my mistake and I was not clear enough in my last post. I don't know anything about that Bitrefill physical card, I saw this offer few days ago and I don't know if it's actually working and how. I was hoping someone could give some feedback who actually used this card before.
