Hello Bitcointalk community,

I am reporting a serious issue with Freebitco.in.

On Aug 10, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 0.02770836 BTC to my wallet.

Transaction has been pending for over 16 days now.

Still no TXID, no payout.

I have submitted multiple support tickets (#28559020, #29678932, #29679159 …) but received no proper response, only "We'll pick up your ticket soon."

This delay is unacceptable. Many users trust this site, but such practices damage the reputation of Freebitco.in.

I request Freebitco.in support team to respond here publicly and resolve this issue immediately.

Freebitco has been going downhill for over a year now and things are obviously getting worse. There are so many users like you who also have their withdrawal pending for a long time, some of them eventually get processed, so let us hope yours gets processed eventually.

I request Freebitco.in support team to respond here publicly and resolve this issue immediately.

I'm afraid, their representatives (TheQuin and CSFBC) are no longer active in the forum, so they are not going to respond here.

If unresolved, this case will be considered as a scam warning for other users.

Coyster is right, there have been a lot of withdrawal issues from them. And there is nothing anyone can do about it as of now unless they get back to regain their reputation and process all of it and make each of you satisfied from the delay that you guys experienced.
