I understand that it's protocol... But instead of having a hot wallet for all withdrawals why not just have it withdrawal from the same address that you have to deposit with... Then there wouldn't be issues. But what do I kno all this is above my pay grade

Please do not forget to update this thread with any new information or when your issue has been finally resolved, goodluck.
First you wait for hours sometimes and if you don't replay within 5min they close your tickets and the whole process starts from the beginning yet again.
Customer support can be very frustrating, and i agree with you that they should really be doing better than what they are doing right now. If customers come with a problem, they should at least try to solve that problem and right now they are not doing that.

I mean it's not that hard to verify transactions without a screen shot, honestly.
exactly, i don't get why ask for a screenshot of transactions for this kind of verification Huh
if they just checked the tx ids, they can clearly see if the transactions really went from their hot wallet to the cashout address and back to their hot wallet.

well, at least they are refunding him, some other shitshow of casinos would just say, not our problem and walk away with your money.

i'm sure you will get a refund, but you should be careful next time, problems like this do not always end in a happy way.

it's always better to cash out coins to an address you control first, then spend them.
that way, if a refund happens for whatever reason, the coins get sent back to your wallet. and not to mention some platforms do not like receiving coins directly from casinos.
