Anyone knows can you Open for sure or not ?
If non UK resident the eu citizen want to Open UK company with proper bank acc and addresss.
Can Do it not does the company online formation websites can be trusted on this can they Open all you need and you can operate trough online to run this business? Even after brexit?

I guess that most of the countries are allowing this for as long as they are open with foreign investors. But one thing that many of these companies does for opening a company into another country is by hiring someone who's from there.

And not just by being an employee but also a partner, by giving them shares of stocks of the company for making them a part owner of it. I believe this makes the job easier for both ends, the partner and the actual company.

This is just my thought and it's still best to consult someone in EU that can help you about establishing a business, there are individuals or agencies that does this kind of help but with a fee.
