hello, all! I found only two topics on the forum and all of them are old, so system offered me to create a new one...

is there anyone who can help with the bittrex exchange? their support isn't working!

last year in the fall they accepted proof of debts from the creditors and requests for withdrawal of funds... in october I made 5 requests for different coins... on january 7th this year they opened distribution window and promised that transactions will normally be done in 5 days, but all of my requests are still pending for more than two months!!! all except one which was so small that it has been processed as a fee...

I has claimed to the support about a month ago, but every time they answered me for each additional questions only one phrase: "we appreciate your patience, please wait"... after a dozen of loops I asked the manager to give the address of his boss, and they stopped answering altogether! I went to the feedback form on the site again, sent a new request, but got only robots answer that claim has been received...

I'm worried about my money! and on april 7th distribution window will close...

Just like you found very old posts about Bittrex here, it simply means you might not get the support you want. Maybe try other avenues. Have you tried checking out their official X.com account on any leads on other channels of communication where you can contact them for help

It seems the x account has been actively until recently (early this month). Try your luck

Have you tried checking out their official X.com account on any leads on other channels of communication where you can contact them for help

no, I haven't tried any ways except their https://bittrexglobal.zendesk.com and I also have no a twitter account... but thanks a lot for the tip!

Based on their X (Twitter) post, they don’t offer customer support through their Twitter account—only via their Zendesk support page, which you’ve already tried contacting.

Even though they’ve terminated their operations, many users are still facing withdrawal issues. From the posts and comments on X, it’s clear that several others are experiencing the same problem as you.

"x" doesn't show comments without authorization, but as follows from your words, it's a great pity and a real shame for the exchange

I don't know if this will help you but try going to the bittrex exchange group on reddit because I see there are still many active members there and they are also discussing the issue related to withdrawing from bittrex. I think you will find the answer from other users although I am not sure about this.
