Additional Notes:They are ignoring me at chat and not responding.Only once someone answered about requesting for help,but when i explained situation kept ignoring me.
i met one guy that represents as a betbolt streamer (lets call him john)and together we spoke with support about my account from his account.They called me abuser due based on wallet i deposit from (lmao,i deposit from cryptoexchange,are they crazy?) and solved nothing.Also they said to him that they can pay me deposit back(as stated at their rules)but in my personal messages they still not reply and not paying even deposit.In discord they blocked me,trolling me in chat before blocking.I can not show you conversation,because they block me.
In conclusion:They have nothing to accuse me in,i made one bet and gain big winnings,so they dont want to pay,most weird and curious that they dont want to pay my deposit,as stated at their rules.I care about winnings,but more important atleast to get my own money so i will lose nothing and come to play at another casino.Dont make big winnings here,maybe you can play with small money at this casino.not advice anyway

The screenshot that you provided is incomplete. It didn’t cover the whole conversation with the support rather you just cut it to the part which they stated they will refund you despite there’s a previous conversation before that.

Judging on the evidence presented, your funds was from a wallet that was flagged for abuse but you claim it came from exchange.

Please share us the screenshot of your deposit address.

It's great that everything has been resolved (or is in the process of being resolved), but what was missing was proof that the funds came from an exchange (as you yourself claim), this would have given more credibility to your complaint.

You showed your personal email in the screenshots, if it isn't for exclusive use by the casino, be very careful when sharing/showing your personal email, scammers may try to send you spam and other scams.

As Cointxz commented, you provided screenshots that didn't show the entire conversation with support, in short, everything could have been resolved more easily, you could have recorded the screen scrolling through the messages you had with support.

I hope that casino will fix it and not block everyone who deposits from cryptoexchange.
about conversation my bad,i thought 4 ignored requests are enough to understand that they ignore me.second conversation is not mine,as i said it john's convesation from his account,so i can not provide more info because its all that he sent to me.
