Agreed.
The Internet is becoming widely adopted to the places it never was previously is great for everybody involved - more people reading and knowing more, and eventually having an interest in crypto in BTC too.
And it doesn't affect the blocks or anything else..
With ordinary 3G network, Bitcoin will work normal because the download and upload speed is fair enough to sync whatever you want to download from any node, the 4G, 5G or higher generation we have can only make the synchronization of nodes faster, other than that there is nothing new on the internet that will affect Bitcoin unless for users that are using all sort of softwares with internet on their device else you don't need all of that to use Bitcoin.
I love to see internet speed to a level where we don't need to wait for pages to load before we used them, I mean just touch your phone the page will slide like a piece of paper or something like pdf using a slider mode, the internet will be cool but mining difficultly will remain the way it's, if the average time is 10 minutes to complete block confirmation, that's the time it will use to confirm transaction and then sent back to nodes for record, internet doesn't have any interference here.
