The outcome of the investigation is here.  "The user is completely blocked for violating the company's rules. All questions can be asked by mail security@1win.sociall". I told him to contact them through email.

It always goes down to the terms of service; the support may have said that is contrary, but the terms are what will always and should be the guide of all the casino players. Why not try sending them an email and take your case there?
