Out of curiosity, what sort of volume ^{[single transaction]} would automatically trigger the system to require users to go through the KYC process?
The addition of VPM is a nice touch, but I can think of a situation that might have a bad outcome: e.g. For users who transact smaller amounts while mempool is full.

easybit has a very nice interface and detail in KYC. Are you a licensed exchange and where are you from? Because I rarely see a platform that allows less than 100K USDT without knowing the user details, not even the name and personal data, without attaching documents.

We've got another competitor for having instant exchange, that VPM of yours I'm thinking is going to be your loss when the actual trade happens and due to volatility, the projected exchange value to the customer will be higher than the real-time price/value of the actual trade.

Yes, that's what I mean coming from an auction or in the marketplace, and this is not cheap, a.com can be bought from $7 to $12 if you register it but this is a 24-year-old domain so it's a high-valued domain.

Come to think of it, will you have an idea what the site is all about by just the word Easybit, no not all it used to be an Italian site

What happened::
On October 10, 2024, I sent 0.1 BTC to easybit.com to exchange for USDT. After sending, the other party stopped my exchange order and asked me to do KYC verification. I didn't do it at first, but later I completed their KYC verification in order to get my funds back. But they still didn't return my funds. They claimed that they needed me to provide the specific source of the funds, and I did, because the BTC was originally borrowed from a friend for investment, and all the chat records were sent to easybit.com. But they still detained my funds on the grounds that the proof of the source of funds provided was insufficient. Now more than half a year has passed, and there has been no response!

Sorry for your loss. I hope you can get your money back. By reading the Terms of Use^[1], the only cases where they can keep your coins are cases of non-cooperation or suspicion that the coins are linked to illegal activities (funny, they say they're illegal yet plan to keep them).
