I was just wondering if the OP is the Paidbet representative, then why he need to post a referral link ?

Anyway, I visited the site and found its interface quite professional and a good one. Also, I like the name "Paidbet". However, I think OP should buy a Copper Membership so that he can post images in the OP that may look more professional. Let's see how this new site turns out. Also, I would want to know if the deposit bonuses offered are subject to any wagering requirements (as it is not mentioned in the OP).

If he is official representative of the promoted site, using referral link is usually to track the traffic that comes from this forum.
For the deposit bonus, of course it comes with wagering requirement as written in their bonus terms which is 30x of the total amount.
So if you deposit $100 and you get $100 bonus means that you need to wager $200*30= $6,000
The ANN thread itself is not that attractive, the site itself is so-so (not that good but not that bad too) if you ask me.
Registration required many things to fill but there is an option to register with 1 click which seems so simple but I have no idea how it works.

Correct since if they fail to meet the satisfaction of people dealing with their support for sure that they would still avoid them even if they do good marketing campaign in this forum.

They better fix those ongoing issue since it will hurt their reputation if they choose to ignore those cases or issues happened on their casino. They can't build any good trust score if people see a ongoing case and they are trying to avoid solving those issue. Why don't you understand a single thing that the casino does not flag the account for arbitrage betting, but the odds provider (in this case, the provider is BetBy) flags the arbitrage bet and informs the casino to freeze the account? In your case, Betby reported to the Xyes and informed them about your bet, and the casino has nothing to do except for blocking your account.

In your case, the casino refunded your initial deposit and forfeited the winnings. I was in the chat where they provided the proof to another forum member, and I guess he is gathering more information before he comes back to the forum. So, be patient.

Having an active and well trained customer services is one of the most important and essential things to do or have, any casino with out a good and active customer representative or service is a joke and shouldnt be taken seriously.

And also like you said about professionalism, you are also right, a business that serves an international community should appear as professionals, both in manner and conduct.
And also, a casino that is not promoting their products and services will hardly find customer, else they risk falling back to square one in terms of development because they are first going to lose all their initial customers due to lack of new customers to strengthen the casinos user-base and so on.

I seriously doubt they are going to do that. OP has been inactive for more than three weeks and he hasn’t responded in this thread since then.
Not sure how serious they are about promoting their casino on bitcointalk. If they were serious, then they would have bought the copper membership before posting this announcement thread and would have hired a pofessional designer to make it look more appealing.

Not that I'm expecting an answer from them, but regarding the deposit bonus, it says you will get 60% - max $150 on the second deposit and 30% - max $50 on the third deposit. My question is whether the max here is for the deposited amount or the bonus amount? I guess it’s the latter (makes more sense), but it would be great if they can confirm this.
