Better not include issues of the body that can be changed if the right things are done.
The promoters should instead focus on the not-so-desired bodies or body attributes that are right and natural, and find ways to convince others to stop rejecting people based on the natural body attributes, and focus on acceptable/good behaviors of people regardless of their physical appearance.

In regards to certain bodies that can be changed by doing what is right, such as obesity or overweight, they are usually caused by the wrong things such as bad foods, overeating, not working hard enough, lack of physical exercise,etc. If you encourage the body attributes (like obesity) you are indirectly encouraging the issues that cause them. The issues will increase, aswell as obesity.

However, it's important that people with the attributes are not shamed, hated, etc. They should rather be provided with the needed support to get rid of the issue.
I believe it can be solved, by the way. It could easily be solved by connecting an overweight person who is willing to lose weight with people who do and consume only the good. They should never see the evil again (probably until the extra weight is gone for good). When this happens the body will forget the bad and get used to the good

I love the fact that fat people are beginning to get the recognition they deserve. Recently I watched a video clip of a modelling contest for fat people and I was impressed, they do not need those restrictions anymore. The stigma on fat people had lasted long enough and it needs to be properly addressed.

However, despite the fact that the society is now pushing for fat acceptance, they should also take the health implications of obesity and other fat related issues seriously. While we try to reduce the stigma and some offensive comments on fat people, medical facilities specifically for this purpose should be made available.

Body positivity should go in line with good health.

It is unfair to address the issue of fat in this manner against the women in favour of the men. Both women and men in this current dispensation are drawn towards money making, in almost every family their is a combined in taking up the bills. There's no acceptable justification that men should be fat and women shouldn't.

If the situation is like that where both man and woman are working and taking up the bills, you're correct, man shouldn't judge the woman's physical appearance because they both are equal. What I'm saying before is when the situation where the man must taking over the household bills, while the woman doesn't, even if she work, her salary is 100% for her. This is why I said that, if the woman expect the man to pay everything, she must be in her best shape.

On the other hand, being fat and LGBTQ are very different things. Being fat is something which can be changed and unlike one's personal sexuality, it does not exist in detriment of our own health and well being. In that sense, being fat could be often compared to being a smoker, you choose to be fat but you cannot complain on the health issues which may come in the future.

It's possible to change homosexual to heterosexual because it's a mental disorder, they need to get a therapy.

Those articles you sent me clearly mention those terms and practices are disproven. For a moment I thought you were going to link me tons scientific study about HIV or something like it.  

Ironically, you say homosexual people harm themselves by being homosexual, while I have myself had conversations with people who were gay and they are fitter than I am.

No. Just put that guy on your ignore list and move on from the threads he opens and the comments he leaves around the forum. He is a person who seriously needs mental healthcare and he won't get better by getting teased by you and other people who under-estimate the seriously of mental illnesses.

By the way, if you look for the definition of conspiracy you will find the acts of conspiring implies a certain level of secrecy and a limited amount of people gather to overthrow an established power. Literal dozens of millions of people from the USA cannot commit conspiracy, as there is no secrecy.

I recently came across a post about a fat lady who went to remove her body fat through surgery and she died in the process, she was bullied and body shamed to the point that she forgot to love herself more regardless of what the internet thinks about her and now she is gone, fat people should build a strong confidence character that would help them embrace their look because they are human too and not a fan of fat people and I don't despise them either because they have their own lives to live too and they should be treated with respect instead of disgust.

i fully support the idea that everyone should be able to live in peace with their own body. It's truly upsetting that overweight people are often treated as second-class citizens in society. Especially considering that, not too long ago, curvier women were actually seen as more attractive.
