If i get it right, it restarts your Computer if your Computer doesn't reset its Timer by cutting off the Power.
Very useful not just Miners.

USBWatchDOG - monitoring your farm, and if it STUCK or DEAD, reboot them even hard reset (when you need to turn off your PC and turn ON to reboot system)
