Economic differences between older and younger generation

Being adaptable is crucial, because whether we like it or not, we have to keep up with current developments. Both the younger and older generations must be able to keep up. Many older generations are also involved in this field, although perhaps not as many as the younger generation. I can't be sure because I haven't obtained valid data.

Conversely, many younger generations are being left behind because they are unwilling to learn. The important point, for me, isn't a matter of generation, but rather our willingness to learn.

Yeah keep blaming the younger generations for not willing to learn when the older generations intentionally want to hurt the younger generations for giving many hard task and get paid lower/the same like them.

The older generations aren't willing to break the toxic cycle of their past generations, where the current old generations get the same treatment like the way they punish the younger generations.

There's no need to blame them, because not wanting to learn is a clear mistake. So, how do they think about whether they'll continue making these mistakes or whether they'll change by learning more diligently? This should be a self-aware realization.

It's undeniable that the older generation is stubborn in stating what they believe is right. But can that change? The answer is absolutely yes, because regeneration is inevitable. Now it's up to the new generation to think about how to bring about change, or whether they'll be stuck in the past.

Where there is less population, less problems are only visible, but when this population has multiplied double or triple, the problems become unlimited. I think this is just normal for overpopulation, numerous problems arise with just only few solutions, not because the government has started to be irresponsible these days, but it’s more on the people as they become more dependent to the government and rely their life’s survival on them.

Inflation is the biggest problem these days that leads to extreme poverty in all parts of the world. And despite of different opportunities here and there, if the people are not that open and stay lazy all they want, they won’t make any progress on their individual’s economy, much more to its country’s economy.

While population does matter, online world changed it as well. In the 50's and 60's back in those times of our fathers, and when they were growing up, they only heard stuff from radios and tv's and nothing more, or newspapers. Whereas, today we can see everything, because of the online world. That means, from a low population of people who do not know anything, to a huge population that knows everything. You think our fathers knew the life their bosses lived?

Do you think they saw the images online about their boss on a yacth going around the Europe? I have, in a previous job I had, my boss paid me not enough, while he went to Italy with a yacth. That makes a difference, and generations are obviously reacting differently.

But the younger generation tend to go job hopping, switching from one job to the next until they find something perfect for them. The younger generation seems to prioritize a work life balance that is why a lot of them only work from home or work only as freelance.

Are there any characteristics from the older generation you would want the younger ones to learn so they can progress economically?

Perhaps more specifically, seeking a job based on freedom, as today's youth tend to dislike strict rules imposed by employers. These characteristics are indeed not the same, as the two different generations encompass various issues, such as culture, style, and principles that are available based on opportunities. There's no need to look further because we can measure this based on knowledge, technological developments, and available opportunities.

The basis plays a similar role to the freedom to express creativity. Working in certain companies requires us to follow the system, but our creativity is limited in developing ourselves, although some companies may be receptive. I simply look at what happens, and it boils down to opportunities and what we've done in previous jobs.

But however the younger generation today is more flexible, we have so many talents and all of that but the governance In so many countries are really bad that even for the commoners in a particular country to feed themselves is a problem, this generation to me is just all about survival.

Old generation also live in survival mode because back in the days, war and conflict happened often. Death was normal and it just like a number, now conflict is less to happen and many people can life peacefully.

In the old days, there were better opportunities than what we have now. In the old days, the population was very low, and the government was able to manage the population in terms of job creation. The population is what is affecting the new generation because so many people are unemployed. However, one thing about this generation is that they are very smart, and they can handle unemployment by themselves. The people of this generation do not rely heavily on others, despite the harsh inflation.

Let me agree on your points but don't you think that the recent rulers are not making provisions how to balance the unemployment rate among the citizen, they population in the recent time is much, have seen that but plans are supposed to be made in handling this problem, what we get from the government of many nations is excuses, even if we know our way around tackling unemployment, should this stand as excuse for the government, we have countries where the money that has been stolen by the government and their appointees can solve the problem of unemployment to a very large extent,  the government of mostly west African countries are not making effort, for over 20 years and more nothing has changed so no excuse of whatsoever.

The government being incompetent tells you that times have changed; it is not as if they can do anything about the increase in population to provide jobs, but they see it as an excuse. The people of this generation are able to handle bad government, a bad economy, and a lack of employment; they depend heavily on themselves. One of the good things about this time is that people are benefiting from modern technology, which creates better opportunities for them to generate income. In the old days, people depended so much on the government for every opportunity, but now people can survive even without the government.

Humanity has always talked about younger generation being disrespectful, or lost, or whatever derogatory word you can think of. Older generations did not enjoy the newer generation and found their ways bad for at least 7 thousand years now, imagine how old that is.

We have literal proof of it dating back nearly 5 thousand years. Believe me, economically, socially, everything will be normal. It's not going to be great, it's not going to be terrible.

This humanity, same humanity we have right now, had world wars in the last 100 years, well first one was a bit older than that, second one had like 70+ million people dead. You think all of those were old or young, both of them died. And we survived, humanity prevailed, and we are still living. So do not despair, not the young should, not the old should, we should all rejoice.

Yes, there are many things wrong and broken in our world, and there are many mistakes and we can see it and know how to fix it and yet we are powerless to make the world better when we know how it can be better. That feeling is all too common, and not something new, it's true for you, it's true for many others, and it has been true for many all through the ages.

Yes, We are lucky because we stay on earth and we are enjoying the life . We saw earthquake and flood in millions of people died and that was a dangerous condition for the country and for the World. Economy is related to work because we people will do work more then economy will be good for the country and if more people of country will do work then country will be in high position. Many people are doing great for the family because they took responsibility of the family and family is happy with their work.Many people are doing best for the country and these people are honour for the country. At the same time, many people has no progress in life .

Absolutely, is a strong contrast between the old and new generation. Not forgetting that technological advancement has been a factor. If the older generation had access to some of this technologies, like freelancing and the option of working from home being popular, maybe there would have been more mobility of labour. Another factor is the emergence and popularity of social media, you could start one day, get your craft out there, and even earn quite a lot.
Conclusively I would like to see my attention to growth and mentorship that the older generation had, from the younger generation.

It is obvious that this present time is a time of a digital that is why many young generations is jumping from one work to the other and some of them is working from home so the difference between the Old generation and the new generation is that during the time of the old generation there was no internet in which many people does not know the benefit of Internet as of then

But today internet is everywhere which you can work from home because of internet and it will be very difficult for the Old generations to adopt internet turn off work because they have not mastered it, and that is why it will be very hard for old generations to do what the new generations are doing, except that is the Old generation that is in age bracket between 50 / 65 of age, these are age bracket that can do what the New Generation are doing if you give them adequate knowledge of what is happening now

There is a lot of things that one has to consider when dealing with issues like this because life is constantly changing and that is one very important part of life that one has to consider when comparing between the olden days and now, first and foremost is the population of the world few years ago population was not a problem as you had few population in the world but that is not the case today and that has greatly affected the economies of many nations.

Younger generation is more intelligent as comparison to older one because younger generation has more facilities of life and they are doing their jobs to earn money and they are doing many jobs in day and night. People are earning money and they are buying the property because they are interested in that . Many people are Investing their money on Gold because gold is good asset to invest and many people earned a lot of money by that . Young people should invest in many investments and if they will invest their money on beneficial things then they will be rich in 3 to four years and they will give more to their child for the best future.People are doing the investments according to their preferences and many people are doing great by investment.

Yes, being able to adapt is how we humans have come to survive and thrive for so long. But you must admit that things were way simpler back then compared how it is now. Now, things are getting more complicated as we evolve.
Back then, there was vast employment opportunities for the unskilled as there were no robots or automated machinery to carry out tasks. Talking about skilled labor, there wasn't as many educated people back then as we have today making the struggle for employment opportunities for the skilled and educated even more difficult.
I don't think many in the younger generations are left behind just cause they're unwilling to learn.

The younger generation has updated many things more than the older generation, especially the younger generation, which is much ahead of the older generation with some new discoveries such as artificial intelligence, Bitcoin, online digital marketing, and digital payment systems. The younger generation believes in digital currency, while the older generation trusts paper money more and prefers to keep money in the bank, while the younger generation is opposed to keeping money in the bank.

President Donald Trump, although he is from the older generation, is not as up-to-date with Bitcoin as he is among the younger generation. There are some older generations who are more up to date than the younger generations. The truth is, although there are many differences, some older generations are much more up to date with artificial intelligence and digital currencies.

In my limited knowledge, ancient people could not think properly. Their standard of living was not so developed. Unlike the younger generation, ancient people did not have a mobile phone, computer, laptop, or any kind of internet service to manage their lives. In other words, in the present day, young people can see the whole world in their hands. People of ancient times did not have this opportunity. As a result, if we compare ancient people with people of today's society, it can be seen that ancient people worked very hard to survive. But in the present day, some young people do not want to work hard. They spend the whole day on their mobile phones and Facebook. They are not interested in learning. Therefore, the boys and girls of today's youth are lagging behind. On the other hand, some boys and girls are using the internet for education and developing themselves in such a way that people's lives have improved a lot. Therefore, if I compare people of ancient times with people of today, the matter will be more or less sky-high. Therefore, if the young generation can develop themselves using the internet services of today, they will be able to achieve much more success in the future.
