@NoKYC.quest
  • On your TOS page, there was a mention of third-party [#4] and refunds without KYC [#2.2] and I'd like to know how you'll be getting those funds back without submitting anything?
  • What are the different fees for using this platform?
  • It'd be nice to know the minimum and maximum amounts for each pair.

Do you have reserves, because "Guaranteed No KYC" means that you are the liquidity providers or that you rely on liquidity providers who are known to have a strict policy regarding No KYC.
You are using @nokyc.quest support address, and this does not guarantee access to technical support in cases of DDoS attacks.

We use third-party partners only for less popular coins, and major cryptocurrencies are self-hosted by us. Our agreements with partners allow us to process refunds without requiring additional KYC from you.
All fees are included. We have a dynamic commission ranging from 0.1% to 0.5%.
Adding minimum and maximum amounts for each pair is a good suggestion, and we’ll implement it and roll it out in an upcoming update.

Our website and email services are hosted on separate infrastructure, which helps maintain email functionality even if the website faces a DDoS attack.
However, you're right that relying on a single contact method is risky. We'll add more contact options so users can reach us reliably.

So you have reserves. Can you sign a message about these reserves or deposit an amount as escrow?

Third-party services are usually accessed via API, so you can't set your own terms. How do you impose your terms on liquidity providers?
