Whenever I try to post on the forums I get a message that I have posted within 360 seconds and to wait. But I've never posted before (this is my first post)

How do I fix this?

I think that "posts" include private messages, logging in, and other things.

Before, you newbies could only post in the newbie section, until you got to Jr. Member.
Now the forum is full of spam and meaningless posts.
