I don't want it look like I'm trying to discourage OP but the people that has turn money around with casino don't really have time for this thing. They just do their things and gamble responsibly and that's all. I have come to understand that when something is working and people are really making good momey from it, they don't reveal the secret to the public, if this strategy or advice is working, no way it's going to be public unless it's a something that will collectively help everyone.

The way we do have talk, advice and do all that to make sure we make money from gambling is the same way casino makes research for their own development to make things better for their own benefits. But you just said the truth, for a person claim they have a good strategy that can make people rich then they should also be rich or at least getting there for people to reason with them. If you can make people a millionaire why not start with yourself first.

It's slow, but it will get you there. It's easy to get 3% profit every day and not lose if you know how to set your bottom line.

All this is impossible in gambling, it's difficult to win consistently for that long because gambling is not assured so I don't think this your strategy can actually work. No matter the less risk wins are not assured. Easy to said than done. If that's going to work, did you apply it to yourself and now have such money? Because it's hard to win in gambling regardless of your strategy. Many gamblers lose their money and only few are fortunate.
