Gone are those days when if you have solution to solve problems you can easily get investors to pick it up nurture it and grow that business to become wealthy. Now you need to sow statistics on your business which means if you dont have money to start the business and get good and positive statistics on that business people will not see the need to invest in it. Its not easy to own a business now which means it is not simple to become wealthy. Everything need to fall in place for you to get wealthy. Including luck, opportunity and hard work.

So many people have good ideas, but many factors have made them not invest in them to make them beneficial to society and profitable to the developer. Some people don't want to start small. They want to have all the necessary material, financial and other resources before they start developing their ideas. You don't need to wait to get all the necessary resources before you start and nurture your idea. If you can get funding from an individual or organization, that's good. But if you don't have such support, start with what you have.

This is true I can still remember when I was little back then my nursery school propritor started the school in one room of his two rooms apartment, the community saw the impacts of his dreams on education and the changes he has brought to those attending his school compared to those in the public school, later on the population massively increased from time to time and the man hired a bigger space and later purchased a land where he built his school, to cut the long story short the school grew up senior secondary level which has given the man fame and wealth, there is nothing wrong starting when there is a goal to achieve never look down on little beginnings it is a lesson.

You have broken down quite some refreshing clues which I didn't take into attention with because I was concentrated on the SMes entrepreneurs who obviously can't afford raising such large funds to make available such facilities that could facilitate the build up of a security company (don't forget that certain necessary security gadgets will be required which could be quite expensive), then provision of power using solar system, we both know how costly the equipments are, and providing such amount of panels and batteries thay can generate such mega wax thay can serve a minuscule public will be running in millions for a third world.
