Is Shuffle.com a scam?

I deposited yesterday 600$ and went allin plater... Tried to cash out and then they needed kyc level 3... I did that now they asking for kyc 4...Also did that... In my dashboard that all says comppleted and verified meanwhile support claim they need to be manually checke... Its been 1 day and they dont give any eta... what do I need to do te cash out my money?
