Hello Bitcointalk community,
I am sharing my case regarding Qubetics ($TICS) and Trust Wallet because I am stuck in a situation where my entire allocation is inaccessible, and both companies keep shifting responsibility.
Background
I participated in the Qubetics presale and received a large allocation of $TICS tokens.
Qubetics officially listed Trust Wallet as one of the “compatible wallets” for receiving tokens.
I used Trust Wallet Swift Beta (Android), which turned out to have serious limitations:
No seed phrase/private key export
No ability to manually add custom networks
A known signing bug that prevented me from confirming my new receiving address on the Qubetics dashboard.
What Support Said
Qubetics Support: Over the past month, they replied to me 10 different times saying that “this can be solved if you request help from Trust Wallet support.”
Trust Wallet Support: In contrast, they told me that “this is a Qubetics network issue, and must be solved by Qubetics.”
So each company blames the other, while my tokens remain locked and inaccessible.
Current Situation
Token distribution has already started.
My allocation cannot be accessed, transferred, or recovered under the current circumstances.
Despite following all instructions and opening official tickets (#1404304), I am left in limbo.
Why I Am Posting Here
I want to raise awareness about this issue, since both projects present themselves as user-friendly but leave users helpless in extraordinary cases.
I would also like to ask:
Has anyone here faced a similar issue with Qubetics or Trust Wallet Swift Beta?
What practical steps are available when two companies keep shifting responsibility back and forth?
I am a crypto beginner and this situation has caused me significant distress. Any guidance or advice from this community would mean a lot.
