For some people, it may be possible to invest regularly. But nowadays, many people are struggling, with just enough money to eat. The $15k Bitcoin price you mentioned didn't last long, it was the lowest Bitcoin price at the end of 2022, a few months before the price rose higher to reach its current price of over $100k. In my opinion, it's quite difficult to accumulate Bitcoin in a short period of time by relying solely on income from collecting cans and selling them, because i don't think that money is entirely discretionary income, their families must also use it for real-life expenses, so it's certain that the money has already been divided. But whatever the case, i hope it’s true and i hope he’s still holding onto it until now. If so, congratulations, they’ve made a huge profit from the rise in this cycle.

I don't know how true this story is, and I don't care if it is true or not, but one thing I know is that I so much believe in the accumulation of Bitcoin because consistently accumulating Bitcoin will surely yield a reasonable amount that you can't even imagine you will be able to invest in. It's not magic,but I believe it works.Many young people do it because they can't afford to buy large amounts of Bitcoin at once.Nothing comes easily,one can start small with continuous savings methods and focus.So yea with the idea of side hustle,you can secure some funds and convert part to Bitcoin savings.
