I don't know how known of a platform BestChange is, but you're indeed there. However, instead of occupying a top position, you're near the bottom, with an inactive status, and doesn't indicate a reserve.

It's great that your "service works in automatic mode" and has "no breaks or days off", but why does it have business hours? Your main page isn't even consistent with it. So, which is which, "every day from 09:00 to 20:00 UTC" or "daily from 13:00 to 24:00 UTC"?

Also, unlike what you said, your support isn't always in touch. It says in your site, "write to us, we are online", but when I did, it says, wait, the operators are busy.

I went through some of your post history to see if you are registered on some exchange aggregators including bestchange. Among others

all returned the same inactive status and no meaningful reviews to draw from. I then went further and found the "mmgp" forum, you stopped posting updates between April 2019 and May 2022 (it's the same as this forum). Do those gaps count as testing years (seriously is this service still run by the same people)? I noticed you changed your domain extension a few times and it's honestly confusing.

I think he's talking about a global perspective. Best change is more well known on this forum. But there are a few similar platforms especially those based in Russia.

In this part of the online universe, BestChange is quite well-known. Outside, I'm not sure. I don't think I stumbled upon it on social media. I actually haven't heard of it prior to them launching a signature campaign here despite being older than Bitcoin itself, having been in the business for many years.

I actually wonder why the suspicious activity algorithm should be triggered simply because a user withdraws to the same wallet more than 2 times. Isn't that normal?

Or why should the algorithm be triggered simply because one makes a deposit from a wallet to which the withdrawal is also going? What makes it suspicious?

The same is true when a user makes a deposit from 2 different wallets and withdraws the respective funds to one wallet. Is this activity suspicious?

With all these conditions, BigBank is essentially saying all transactions will trigger the AML algorithm and every user will be asked to undergo KYC.

I've seen the same section on a few other similar platforms ^{[e.g. #1 and #2]}, so either all of them purchased an exchange script from the same provider or they're all connected. Regardless of that, it highlights that the approaches most of these so-called AML tools take to flag suspicious transactions are flawed ^{[lots of false-positive results]}!

Thank you for your interest. Suspicious activity resembles a wallet hack. Unfortunately, wallets are hacked often. This is just a precaution. If your wallet is hacked and there is a block on the third transaction, then part of the funds will be returned to you.

Sending to the same wallet address more than 2 times does not resemble a hack though. Such scheme is a normal day-to-day, and you'd be false flagging a ton of people this way which could lead to tons of bad rap as well.

Why not just base from known addresses connected to hacks?

It seems your precautionary measures are too much. That way, every transaction ends up suspicious. I'm sure even those who are strongly promoting single-use addresses are themselves reusing addresses.

And why funds that are wrongly blocked not returned in full? Aside from transaction fees, would you retain a portion of it?

Anyway, why should customers change with you? Why not you change with the customers? They're the very market you're serving, right?
