Earning salary or owning a business which is better

Since you can not stand on nothing, start with salary job, save money no matter the amount because at early stage of your business you gonna spend more money from your salary job into the services and salary. Every business takes time before you will get profit, and you need money to sustain it. As you start a business do not quick your job, keep working and keep pursing your business with your salary. When you have more clients and more engagement for your business, you can quick your job and give more time for your business.

In my country, there are a lot of influencers telling their fans that it's still the best to own a business which you can call your own. I want to argue with them that because they're in a better situation, it seems that they're degrading or discouraging people who are earning salary of being employed. They are making it look like they're a higher creature by having their own business. But in regards to profitability, they'd know that it's not always a good day when you are into business. IMO, it's best to have both like in my country where you have to hustle hard. Working  for some company and then having a side hustle whether it's from my own business o part time job.

I completely agree with you that an excellent combination is working for a large private entrepreneur, or in government work, and at the same time combining this with working for yourself. At the same time, you can open your own business. Or you can not register with the state at all, so as not to pay taxes and be in the shadows.
This combination of two financial activities allows you to: receive the maximum amount of money and at the same time be clean before the state and tax authorities, and also allows you to take out loans and mortgages from banks.

That's right, there is a privilege being employed and if you're starting one. They'll base on your salary and have a guarantee that you'll be able to pay. In some cities here, you're allowed to do business if you're just testing the waters and won't incorporate it yet. Many have been doing this until you've grown big and able to register your business and get your permit. Because not everyone afford to have their own business and there is no problem with that. And to those who tries, they have an assurance that they'll still get a regular pay check if they're employed while starting one for them.

I think they both have there advantages and disadvantages, which for salary earners is the opportunity for a steady income and its even better if you have a high pay job, while the disadvantage is your spend most of your time working for someone else and not have much time for yourself and your family.
Business owners on the other hand have the advantage of time to themselves and also making all profit for themselves, but have the disadvantage of bearing all the risk by himself.
I would still prefer to own a business of my own, because I am a family oriented person that will not want to miss the opportunity to spend with my family and I don't think I will be satisfied if I earn a lot of money but miss the opportunity to watch my kids grow. So I will prefer to own a business of my own and create my own wealth and time for my family.

To me, I chose owning my own business than being a salary earner.The reason being that when you own your own business, you are totally in control of the business, you choose when to go for your business and when not to.When it comes to profit from your business ,the whole profit is yours. But when you are a salary earner , the person or the esterblishment you are working for controls your time and you receive your salary when ever they want to pay you ,and not when you want to be paid.
When you are a salary earner you may not be satisfied with the money you are earning, you will be working like elephant and eating like an ant because the owner of the company takes the fastest share of the profit.And remember while you are working for someone or as a salary earner, you can be punished severely either by demoting you, reduce your salary or you can even be sacked especially when you commit an offence. But a business owner will safe himself from all these embarrassment.
We have to note one thing also, apart from government owned esterblishment, every private company or esterblishment is a business to the owner and secondly when you look at the richest people in the world they are all entrepreneurs or business men, the likes of Elon Musk Jeff Bazos , Mark Zuckerberg etc . These men are operating on their own business. So based on these facts it is more profitable to become an entrepreneur or a business  man than a salary earner.

People who set up a business wne fail in business are those who have no experience before setting up the business a good and experienced business person who have learnt from others before setting up his own business will not be working and running a business at the same time because there will be no time to run the business smoothly unless the person is running a part time business. If you have a business that requires your full attention then you shouldn't combine business with your job, choose your business if it gives you more money, time and respect but if your work takes care of your whole needs then don't bother establishing a business if you will not have the time.

Well,with my own point of view,i can say that business owners are better than salary earners, because the business owners are self employed person,who can manage his or her business and control it the way he or she likes and he or she didn't have to wait until month ends or talk permission from anyone before he or she can make his or her expenses , you're at the liberty to do anything you want at any time, you are at freedom.

While a salary earners has to pass through the due process, like waiting for the month ends before he or she can have his or her payment, and again a salary earners are being controlled by someone,you are restricted from some certain things,you are not at liberty to do whatsoever you want at a point in time, you are not freedom..

So what I am saying is that business owners are better than salary earners, because there's a lot of benefits attached to business owners other than salary earners..

Owning a business also allows for creativity and innovation you decide how to grow the business, explore new opportunities, and take risks that can lead to greater rewards unlike a salary earner whose growth is often limited by company policies and hierarchy the mindset of an entrepreneur is focused on long-term wealth creation while a salary earner usually depends on fixed monthly income. So many of us rush into business  praying and expecting quick profits, but they forget that before a business can grow and stand firm it takes time, you fund it regularly at the early stages. Keeping your salary job while growing your business is the best smartest way. It gives you financial backup and reduces pressure on the business. I don't think it is bad to be a salary earner because either one way or the other, you will have to survive on another person's paycheck, the next question is, on who's paycheck do you want to lean on. I think this is where many people get themselves enslaved because they end up settling on paychecks which put them in debts instead of sustenance.

This is the reason why we also need to advise ourselves to practice and getting used to multiple streams of income because surviving on one source of income can be dangerous. In the event you choose to stay on a single stream of income, which is highly not encouraged, try to be on a good payroll which will not enslave you.
