Shuffle in review withdraw after big win.

Hello im making this post to hopefully get a faster resolution for my shuffle withdraw being stuck in review for over a day now. I was recently gambling on shuffle.com and went to withdraw my winnings which was around 9k in solana. After doing so It has been stuck in review and when i contacted support they said i need to verify my identity and when i did and it went through they said it needs to be manually reviewed. A manual review shouldn’t take this long and they use this tactic to hold funds for an excessive period of time. Im genuinely confused on why this transaction was placed in review as ive withdrew up to 20k on that same account.

this includes past withdraws over 10k completing with no issue, kyc completed, and proof my withdraw is still in review after everything has been completed. Furthermore In the screenshots I provided my casino bets showing my legitimacy and proof I won off of live blackjack.

They recently experienced a surge of issue due to pending withdrawal. The last post of their representative is they are investigating accounts for match fixing and so on.

Do you bet on sports betting before your withdrawal was stuck in there? What’s the latest update of the support to your concern.

Rest assured your withdrawal will be processed if you don’t involve on match fixing since other similar case was already resolved after waiting few days.

No I do not sports bet All i was playing was live blackjack. I deposited 6k and got up to 9k exactly and tried to withdrawal it and it is still in review. Its just weird because the day before I had no issue withdrawing 7k but now all of the sudden they want to put my withdraw in review.  Their is still currently no update on whats happening to my money but im extremely nervous after looking around the internet and talking to people about shuffle doing this to other users and them never receiving their payout. I was maybe suspicious they flagged my account due to me withdrawing and depositing a decent amount after winning and putting money back into the website but that wouldn’t seem to be the issue as ive done it before. As again just last month I deposited around 1k and got it up to 24k and it let me withdraw but unfortunately I still ended up losing it as I put it back into the site.

Since it's a manual review, maybe you have to give them sometime to work on it. They could be handling numerous cases at the moment and the manual review being a slow process means more patience needed
You could contact ShuffleTim for help if it goes on for more days without any update

Meanwhile, have all the functions in your account been blocked? I mean things like placing bets etc.

To me if you have been using that site to gamble and you also made some withdrawals from the casino there is nothing to worry about, I think you should just have patient while they proceed everything manually and I like know manual withdrawal takes more longer time than automatic withdrawal.
When you submit your kyc details and they still keep it pending it's assumed that there are other pending applications which they could take time to verify manually. I was actually thinking it was your first time of withdrawal, you shouldn't have worried yourself creating this over here rather than reaching them to their Ann thread.

Well this is not my first withdraw and no none of my features have been blocked off. The reasoning Im making this thread because Ive seen this same issue with other people and when the withdraw is in review it takes weeks for a response and for money to be  released or it never ends up being released at all. I also think its  extremely stupid how the system accepts the information ive given to verify the kyc yet they still need to manually review it and can’t even give me a estimate or update on my review or why my account  was flagged in the first place.

A slight delay for manual approval isn't a problem here. I think OP doesn't mind waiting for a few hours or even a day. But when a withdrawal takes a few days, and suddenly the number of scam accusations increases against a casino, that is where the problem is. I can see at least five scam accusation threads against them on the first page of the scam accusation board.

I didn't check if any of them have been solved lately. If there are scam accusations and the casino solves them, then there are no issues. Let's see if the OP gets a response from the Shuffle team. They are reputed enough and I hope they will settle these cases.

Thank you Shishir99 for understanding. Thats exactly what makes me nervous about this situation and me also texting people who have had the same issue and the shuffle team never resolving it. Ive already heard they use the  tactic of saying they want to manually review it so they can hold my money as long as they want to. Furthermore, I know a few people who have done nothing wrong and have never received their money and has been stuck in the in review process for months. Also after reading around I found some disturbing things about the owner and his past which makes me question the legitimacy of this website and I find it extremely sketchy and im praying I get my money as 9k is an extreme amount to me.

Id also like to mention that ive been losing money since the coin I tried to withdraw which was Solana is currently dropping and I've seen my withdraw drop around 400 dollars from the original price inconveniencing me.

I don't feel it's at the stage of a scam yet. Probably their system found something wrong, and that's why they want to verify your account manually. Before getting a result from them, we really can't say whether they intentionally put your withdrawal in review or have any error there. Make sure you haven't abused their system, so you will not have to worry about withdrawal. Today or tomorrow it should be released. The amount is big for you, but not for the casino. I believe they won't want to lose their reputation just for that small amount at all.

So I will advise allowing them sometimes to verify your account and waiting for the results. A lot of similar allegations have been raised lately for different casinos. However, I hope the team will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible if they notice it.

Ok i understand. The only sketchy part is ive done nothing to abuse the system if you’ve seen the screenshots I provided I was only playing live blackjack where I deposited 6000 then later on I got it up to 9000 and Ive never had this issue before as ive said ive withdrew 20k at once last month no issues and 6 months prior ive withdrew 15k. My only thing is them not being able to tell me what/ why Kyc was randomly triggered, or an estimate on how long it should take for them to manually review my document’s. I already have an idea for the outcome is that their going to ask for proof and adress and liveness as they asked other people i know who have the same issue and they still keep in mind never gotten their money even though its been weeks/months. This is a big inconvenience because I need this money urgently and im starting to wish they never even let me deposit it knowing they wouldn’t let me withdraw it. I just dont understand how I ask them why my withdraw is in review they tell me I need to verify with id as a one time thing but when I do it and it succeeds they all the sudden need to manually review it

They have been on this forum for a couple of years and have spent thousands of dollars on advertising. Of course, they care about their reputation and would look into any scam accusations. But things are starting to change now. I saw that their official account got tagged, and DT members supported the flag against Shuffle! Now we will see if Shuffle returns here with some proof against the player who created the scam accusation, and they got tagged. I want to say that your case now depends on another big case. If that case is resolved well, your case might get resolved as well. But if Shuffle lose hope and do not want to continue in this forum, I am afraid they may not response to any scam accusation anymore.
