What happened:
My BTC withdrawal has been pending 'wating for approval' for over 12 weeks now (since their withdrawals issues started).

Support is unresponsive or do a copy/paste response with no ETA. Tried the Telegram chat but was blocked for asking. Their 'VIP manager' said to DM him but now doesn't reply & would not confirm that it would be processed or when.

Can't get any response from them - basically witholding player withdrawals indefinitely without explanation. It looks like they have paid some of their smaller delayed withdrawals out since their money issues from May, but not larger ones.They ignore requests to pay out in smaller amounts.

Quite sad. I think it's best not to play in that casino as the moment

Anyway, I would like you to file a complaint on casinoguru as well (https://casinoguru-en.com/complaints/create) until they get you some answers. They have a not-so-good rating over there but when i looked through the complaints, the support does not respond though after some weeks, the complainant goes back and marks the issue as resolved. There is only one way to find out if they actually get them resolved or not.

waiting 12 weeks for a withdrawal is crazy and unacceptable.

i remember @efialtis warning about starbets.io 2 months ago, and it looks like nothing has changed.
withdrawals not being processed, all while they are still accepting deposits, which is typical scam casino behavior.

besides what was suggested above, i would suggest you also create a type 3 flag against their account here on the forum to warn others.

Try posting on LCB.org too, it's another mediation platform that helps gamblers, which is similar to casino.guru, I just found out about them recently when a gambler who posted here shared that his issue with a casino got resolved with the help of LCB.org's team. Not sure if they will be able to help, but it wouldn't hurt to try posting your issue there.

Normally I know plenty of sites but never heard of starbets actually. Well, guess I know why when I read this case. Too bad plenty people fall for shady casinos and bookies every day. All we can do is sharing these experiences to make people aware to not use a certain place.

Thanks - will try LCB, they seem to have paid out some but so far unresponsive & not transparent which has ruined their rep more than (maybe temporary) withdrawal issues.

Yep - had a fairly high rating & were engaging with affiliates initially. They've paid some delayed withdrawals but time waiting now for mine, not hopeful.

Hello BitcoinTalk!

Just for information, we have been running on low liquidity for a while, and most of the moderators (including myself) don't have access to users' funds. We cannot approve/decline users' withdrawals, which is why it takes time to release the withdrawals. The small withdrawals get released in an hour or so, but for the large withdrawals, it takes time because we have to wait for the high authority to approve them.

A few months ago, some players found a glitch in our game, and they started exploiting it. We didn't realize it till our dividend pool went down below $50K from $130K. The team fired the beta testers and made the changes on the dev team as well. The new team is still developing the product on stage, but the new development wasn't deployed on the production yet.

Since a lot of accounts abused the bug, the team decided to proceed with the withdrawals manually, and most large withdrawals are checked by the higher authorities.

While you can say this and that, I can tell you that we have been operating our business for a couple of years, and we have not asked for a single KYC (which other casinos do and later confiscate the funds). Our intention was never bad (scamming people). We could have given a bunch of excuses like the player did this and that. But it is what it is. We operated the business without a single scam accusation, and we care about our reputation.

We are just running on low liquidity, so the large withdrawals take time, but we are not scammers!

Wow, thats kinda fucked up. I don't really know who it could be but I don't think they would succeed. Even if they did, they wouldn't go unnoticed for too long. The message suggests that someone has control or influence over at least 3-5 accounts on DT, but there's also a chance theyre just bullshitting you.

I never really follow up what happens to flags I supported or opposed. Probably should.

I also think they are just trying to get some money from the casino and have no idea about the Bitcointalk forum. I just figured out that a user
gh0573d opposed the flag while there were three DT supporters. What makes this user oppose the flag? I would love to hear it from this user. Could it be this user who sent the offer to this casino?

I think I have seen a casino that falls for this kind of trap. Their account has dozens of positive feedback from newbie accounts that didn't even show up by default for an obvious reason. I think this is the same group which send such offer to the casinos.
