Are this user's posts allowed o.o

I was just scrolling through patrol and noticed a user named elizabeth87.

When I checked that user's last posts , every single post was another spam post advertising a website to vote for cryptocurrencies. However , each post was posted on an announcement thread for a different altcoin.
Is this allowed by the forums ?

It does not make sense that nobody has reported this person.

Can someone that knows more about the rules check this person out ?

Yeah I nuked them and forgot to reply here. It was indeed all spam, thanks Jambola.

And no, no one reported them before you. They would have been gone instantly had they been reported.
