Need a bank account in Costa Rica

Hi,
I need a bank account in US dollar in Costa Rica.
I'm not physically there and cannot go there.
I've contact the main national banks there few times and never got any reply, I've also tried to register on their website but it never worked.

1) Anyone has a bank account there?
2) Anyone knows how can I remotely open a bank account there (without a lawyer)?

Buddy its not easy job to have online account without going personally but still this Bank which is operating from Costa Rica providing services but before doing anything read and check about their fees structure and other requirements you can call them on phone as well during their office hours as well.

El Salvador or Panama would also work for your needs? Assigning legal representation to act on your behalf there seems like a route to successfully get an account opened.  You think someone from here on this site will file the necessary paperwork for you as you there?

I don't think it is worth the effort for anyone to open a bank account for you for just $30!
A professional usually charges $2,000 to $5,000 USD in fees for this kind of service.

If you are looking for a student or a non professional to solve this problem of yours, then you should offer a much larger incentive!
I wouldn't be surprised if the initial administrative costs alone would be higher than $30 to open a bank account in Costa Rica as a non resident.

I think you misunderstood, I never asked anyone to open a bank account for me.

I'll reiterate my questions:

I either need someone to receive some money (it'll be sent from a legit company, one of the top 5 in the world) then send it to me, it's just 300 USD and I'm giving away 30$ which is 10%, else I need to open it by myself but I don't find anything remotely.
