As for those apps claiming to be mining apps they are all scam, so avoid them and  avoid being scam. If possible you can join a mining pool if you really want to be a miner.

That right. Usually, new users will search and read reviews from other users who have downloaded the app. Some are honest, and most of the users are from their team, with good reviews. In reality, our internet quota is drained, ads are incessant, and the battery is prone to rapid drain. So, it's better for OP to forget about it and look for other alternatives, like Staking coin, which is clearly a well-known exchange, because your goal is to make a profit.

A PC cannot mine bitcoin mate only ASICs like you mentioned in your post.

Bitcoin mining is very expensive to start because of the costly price of ASICs with high computing power and cost of electricity which is why I wouldn't think of mining bitcoin. The people that went into mining bitcoin in the early days of bitcoin were the ones that mined bitcoin easily but with the increased in difficulty target, mining is no longer for the poor or average man.
Why do you say a PC can't mine Bitcoin? That's not entirely true. If you have a powerful PC, you can mine many other coins and receive rewards in Bitcoin, stablecoins, and other coins of your choice.
In the Russian local mining board, other miners and I have compiled a list of such projects:

I don't understand you, I am talking about using PC to mine bitcoin which is impossible and not to mine shitcoin. From your above statement, it's clear that you are mining shitcoin and been reward with bitcoin. How does that prove that you mined bitcoin. I answered according to the OP and nothing more. You can even use android phone to mine shitcoins whether you are being rewarded in bitcoin or in shitcoin it doesn't matter.

Only ASICs machines are used to mine bitcoin currently.

Wrong. It is entirely true. Mining is adding effort to a coins ecosystem. Mining alts and being paid in BTC is in no way the same as mining Bitcoin.

You are just supporting an altcoin(s) and considering low the payout from using even a a high end PC and GPU rig you are literally just stacking Sats for the work done. As in all mining efforts, the main question is, does your return even pay for the power used?

Exactly. It is like buying some fried chicken from the street, visiting the nearest KFC, and saying, " I am eating KFC fried chicken. To start mining altcoins on a computer, anyone can do it with the Cryptotab browser. They mine XMR using the CPU or GPU and get paid in Bitcoin. This should not be called mining Bitcoin, even by a noob who doesn't know how to mine Bitcoin and how it works. You are just mining some altcoins and getting paid in Bitcoin.

Unminable has been doing this for a long time, and they have many users who mine altcoins and get paid in Bitcoin. I think Nicehash has been doing the same. But yeah, as long as people can get some money by keep running their browser or their system, it's good.

-snip-
is it really possible to mine Bitcoin using an Android phone?
-snip-
There's a simple answer to this.

NO!

Even the fastest GPU and Desktop computers are incapable of mining BTC

Anyone claiming they can mine BTC on a phone or low powered Microcontroller is selling you nothing but a scam.

If you're serious about wanting to mine BTC the easiest way is to get an entry level ASIC miner such as a Gekko Science compac F or one of the many BitAxe devices like the BitAxe Gamma

Entry level these days needs to ideally have performance in excess of 1TerraHash per second.

Please read this thread:- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2415854.msg24714338#msg24714338

I'm still have a little knowledge about Bitcoin. But I’ve been curious about Bitcoin mining, is it really possible to mine Bitcoin using an Android phone?
I have seen a several apps claiming to do this, but I am not sure how legit or profitable they are. I really appreciate any honest insights or advice from you guys. Thanks in advance.

Mining Bitcoin on an Android phone really isn’t practical. Here’s why. Bitcoin mining is like a global race where millions of very powerful, specialized computers (called ASICs) compete to solve puzzles. These machines are designed only for mining and use huge amounts of electricity. A regular phone can’t keep up it would take years to earn even a tiny fraction of Bitcoin.

Most apps that claim to mine on your phone don’t actually mine real Bitcoin. Instead, they may just simulate mining, give you small rewards in another token, or worse, overload your phone causing it to heat up, slow down, or damage the battery.

If you’re curious about Bitcoin, a much better way to start is by buying small amounts through trusted apps, earning it through work or services, or experimenting with test networks and faucets. That way, you learn more safely and actually build value, instead of risking your phone for almost nothing.
