Hey guys - won't be sharing identifying information, but can confirm beyond reasonable doubt that this player was multi-accounting and breaking ToS. Plenty of evidence for this, we wouldn't be taking action against a player unless we were absolutely sure their behaviour was abusive.
Not sure why then would your staff tell players it is actually okay to have multiple accounts? From my perspective you are using this as an excuse to with hold money not to curb abuse.
As for your Little Minion LM, he is very quick to defend you and off any ideas that are proof your full of spit and hot air with your excuses and explanations for dismissing somebody and keeping their funds. I’ve reported lots of multi accounted and even reported it when they were placed on different campaigns. He’ll even I was offered $ to make a new account under different partners and told it was ok. So either it is ok or it isn’t there isn’t a gray area here where you can use it to disadvantage somebody at will.
I vividly recall many posts stating all a player needs to do is place a bet to be eligible for consideration in air drops. Did I miss something or did you add stuff later without properly notifying us of changes to these requirements, again to disadvantage people rather than to actually combat abuse since there are lots of stolen money crossing shuffle being used to launder the proceeds without any compliance to stop it.
