You don't need payment gateway, but an exchange that supports your bank. Well, some exchange supports WISE and SEPA transfers that could be use to transfer to your bank. But cons are, transactions won't reflect real time. While P2P is the other cheaper way to do it using some exchange p2p platform.

You may have misunderstood the point I was making, when I meant to say is that an apps that accept cryptocurrency and can allow me transfer to Fiat third party accounts, but then I have noticed that there are no platforms with such features yet, this were we believe talking about real cryptocurrency adoption, that reflect the mainstream not the ones that institutions are opening reserve positions, they just after the gains that come from Bitcoin.

I understand what you are looking for, but just like i said, it's not called "payment gaeway" it's a different service to begin with from what you are looking. Well, yes, it's not existing as of the moment, the most similar service for that, are those cex that offers debit cards. You can fund your account with crypto and use the card on service that accept fiat payments, maybe also withdrawals too, or transfer fiat to different bank, if such feature exists.
