B+ Rated BITSLER scammed me out of ~8000 USD with shady practice cancelling bet risk free on their side.

What happened:

I made three bets on tennis match at BITSLER today worth 0.1 BTC.
It was ATP1000 tournament, match Bu-Cerundolo, I made a bets just after 2nd set ended.
All my bets was fully accepted, latest at that time of 5:02 pm.

I didn't watch the match at all or been at their site as I was outside. One hour later I returned and saw the Bu won, but all my bets were cancelled and my stake was returned. I asked about that on live support and they told me they cancelled my bet because I exceeded limit allowed for this market, however they were fully accepted at the time of placing and I find no reason to cancel them at all, but that is not what my post is about.

I think when they want to cancel bet, they should do that as soon as possible, like a few minutes after placing or when nothing changed in the match. However Mia from support confirmed me that the bets were cancelled at 15:45 GMT (=5.45 PM of mine time). Which is a few minutes before match ended and Bu was heavily leading (took serve of Cerundolo), therefore he was clear favorite with odds like ~1.05.

And this is the biggest problem I have with this situation. They literally took their time, waited how the match would develop and when they were clear that the bets were most likely winning, they cancel them. I find this very unfair and I don't understand how they could have earned a B+ rating with this behavior.

The match ended at 5:50 pm. Break of serve and big advantage of Bu happened at 4th game. At this time, all my bets were still standing active.

I have sent a message to the owner. I don't think the site cancels the bets, likely the provider is who cancelled the bets so your accusation is actually against whomever their sports provider is, not Bitsler.

I could be wrong so let's see what their support says.

We’d like to clarify this matter. After a thorough review of the player’s betting activity, we found that the bets exceeded the market limits and were structured across derivative markets to bypass stake restrictions.
This type of activity is covered by our Terms & Conditions and is considered a breach. It’s important to note that this player has previously been paid out on significant winnings, which underlines that we do not void bets without cause. Each case is carefully reviewed (which can take some time), and only when there it is clear do we take such action, in this case the review confirmed that the wagers fell outside acceptable play. This demonstrates that our process is fair and decisions are never taken lightly.
The timing of the voiding has no bearing on the match outcome. The bets were voided strictly because of how they were placed not because of the result. Our T&Cs also permit us to void wagers even after a match concludes if irregular play is detected, though that was not the case here.
We apply these rules consistently to protect fair play across our platform, and we stand by this decision as in line with both our policies and industry standards.

So it was your decision, not your odds provider, so the responsibility fall on your head, good to know.
I have no problem to be fully transparent so let me clarify what Baryom is saying. Yes I have won some bets before. Since Tuesday I placed bets on three different markets:

CSGO Fluxo-Nrg
Baseball Cleveland-Detroit
Tennis Marozsan-Wawrinka

I was lucky and won all of them. My net profit from all these bets was 0.106 BTC (12k USD or something like that). Besides my tennis bets they cancelled, I made 7 (SEVEN) bets on their platform. And yes, they paid me out (withdrawal took 15 hours but who cares). But this has nothing to do with my cancelled bets, I could also lose aswell. It really doesnt matter. Moreover, I wouldn't call that profit "significant winnings", I am sure Baryon said that just to exaggerate it. There wasnt like tens or hundreds of bets, just these 7 bets.

My cancelled tennis bets were placed on different outcomes:
Moneyline
Game HCP -1.5
Game HCP -2.5

I did the same with the Baseball game where I placed bets on:
Cleveland +1.5
Cleveland +2.5
They had no problem at all with that.

Unfortunately you proved nothing.
My points are:
Cancellation policy should be clear, immediate, and enforced at bet placement, not retroactively based on match development.
If bets were accepted at the time, cancelling later for limits appears arbitrary.
Timing is crucial, you waited until the outcome was almost guaranteed before cancelling.
This behavior undermines thrust in your platform. (how to decrease their rating?, also feel free to recommend me any other sites where I can spread this, thank you!)


Last note:
My initial stake from cancelled bets is now stuck at their site, as they do not let me withdrawal unless I turnover my deposit at least once. After what I experienced I am not going to bet there a single dime.

Can you prove this? You must have similar cases where the player placed a bet that exceeded the market limit, and they lost the bet. Later, you cancelled the bet and credited it back to the user account. Right? This is supposed to happen at least a couple of times since you have been operating the business for a long time. Could you please provide us with at least one example like this to support your claims?

From my understanding and experience, the casino never credits back the user's balance once the bet is placed and once they lose it. So I think whatever you say is not true at all. The casino always do whatever benefit their business.
