Tau Net is an upcoming logic-based blockchain designed to adapt to its users by building what they specify. It aims to enable a fully user-controlled network where software, governance, and even economics evolve based on collective formal input. Agoras ($AGRS) is the utility token of the system, intended for knowledge exchange, compute, and economic participation once Tau Net is live.
We are looking for a Community Growth Manager to help support and expand our global community. This is not necessarily a full-time position. What we care about most is your real-world experience in growing meaningful communities in crypto or Web3.
If you’ve helped build and activate communities, launched campaigns, or created engagement strategies that actually worked, we’d like to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and grow the Tau and Agoras communities on Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and BitcoinTalk
- Turn complex updates into accessible and engaging content
- Launch and coordinate community campaigns and incentive programs
- Help onboard new developers, contributors, and participants
- Monitor community engagement and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience growing crypto or Web3 communities
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with BitcoinTalk, Telegram, Discord, and crypto Twitter culture
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bonus: understanding of DAOs, tokenomics, or logic-based systems
