Why don't you open a scam accusation regarding the casino? We can't allow this to go on and on without any single accountability from the casino and yet the customers are the ones suffering.

They can only process withdrawals if other poor souls deposit, easy as that. Why else would they come up with something like this? It's certainly not industry standard, that's for sure. This site is and forever will be one of the least trustworthy casinos in this forum, period. Why they are not having at least 10 negative tags is beyond my understanding!

I've never promoted Nitrobetting or any other sportsbooks. I turned down being in signature campaigns. I downgraded Nitrobetting about a year ago before any slow pays when payout limits decreased as well as amount each week.

Well, you should have read recent reviews of this dumpster fire of a site. Those problems aren't anything new unfortunately and as you have said, it happened to many players recently. They are coming up with excuses not to pay or pay in micro installments, seriously one of the scammer sites around these days.
They could have done so much more since they were early with their product, yet it has become a scam project that still sucks in new deposits for whatever reason. Everyone that still plays there should ask themselves why they do this.

My funds (>$5000 in BTC) have been stuck since February.

I have one pending withdrawal of 40 mBTC I requested on 6th of Feb 2025. I've lost count how many times I've contacted customer support asking what is the hold up. Each time the reply goes along the same lines, support says they will forward the request to the 'Processing team/department" and escalate it. No time estimation, never any updates - nothing.

I made another withdrawal request on the 19th of Sep for the remaining balance (about 10.5 mBTC) in hopes of getting at least smaller transactions through. The request was subsequently rejected and received an email stating withdrawals are not available for my account and that I should contact the security department. It's been 2 days now since I contacted them and not even a reply back.

I've stated multiple times I am willing to provide information about me, perform KYC, whatever is needed from my side to advance the request. Absolutely nothing has been asked of me and they have not indicated I would need to provide any additional information. Each time I contact customer support I just receive this standard reply, where they will "escalate the request". No ticket number, no additional information, just a diversion to get me to stop asking about it.

I cannot state this clearly enough - DO NOT USE NITROBETTING.EU. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. This site is an absolute scam. I cannot even start to describe the frustration I've felt over the months waiting for my request to go through, only to be gaslit and fed lies by customer support.

I don't know what to do. It's clear as day they have no intention of paying anyone their winnings, even much lower amounts than mine as can be seen from the discussion here.

By any means, have you been able to get this money out bud? Asking because I've seen a couple of your posts where you are offering to help other victims who still have their money stuck on nitrobetting casino get the fund out and possibly take a fee for it.
I am believing that that there is no way you will be offering to help others get their money out from the casino when yours is still stuck in there, makes absolutely no sense to me and I guess it doesn't make sense to you too if you will be honest..

So I just want to know if you successfully got your own money out because first, this is the only thing that will kind of give the other victims hope that they are actually get theirs out as well if they can get you to work with.. But in a case where you haven't gotten yours out from the casino and you are offering to help other victims get theirs out, how is possible for a man to try to remove a dirt from another man's eye when he himself have a lump in his own eyes?

Good decision since he will need to have access on your account in able to “recover” your funds against this casino.

This casino has an issue during the 1st quarter of this year to many users. There’s already multiple red tag on their bitcointalk account which is a sign that you shouldn’t play here due to red flags.

Considering that your issue is far older. I believe this is already a cased close for them now while I doubt they will entertain more here since their reputation is already ruined.
