You mean like how lenders do about their pending loans? Into the trust page of escrow provider?

Thank you, this must be a good idea. But, I guess that we need an active team of DT members to track and provide a positive/neutral feedback so that it would be visible to everyone.

Yeah, that could work for sure. My intension of this and other topics [1], [2] is just trying for seeding some idea to this community for improving the whole system of how escrow is working on this forum.

I don't know why you are so interested in the functioning of escrow here on the forum, but I am of the opinion that even if something like this is considered a good idea, it would be better if it were started by someone who has direct experience with the escrow business.
The scenarios you mentioned do not cover all possibilities, and it is clear that all (or at least most) circumstances must be foreseen and covered.
Any double interpretation of escrow rules can cause problems and loss for at least one party.

I agree 200% with you. Like I mentioned above, it is all about emphasizing/seeding the importance of monitoring a high sensitive part of this community. Again I agree, I may not be a right person to do this.

My knowledge and experience on escrow related things is very limited but you may consider this like a step stone toward a versatile one.
