nxtchg is a perfectionist with obsessive qualities

this is usually a strong point for a software dev where every comma has to be precisely placed

When I read that simcoin was using UDP, I knew that this project will take years to complete

this is because UDP is not very reliable. When it works, it works,but then it just doesnt work. Very messy. Very unprecise.

I think nxtchg has a sense of humor that is not understood. I doubt he will scam anybody, but I think he wants to be left alone for whatever time it will take to complete.

So if you have invested. Put this is the long term hold category as you have no choice.

Maybe nxtchg will accept some compromise in design spec to release this year, but knowing him, I doubt this.

as a programmer myself i can tell you its not too hard to develop a reliable protocol on top of an unreliable one.
